Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a vital resource for our Field Sales organization, helping to drive customer acquisition and assisting providers and staff with digital payment’s transformation, while helping them to secure financial stability for their practices by driving patient payments.
With Rectangle Health, you will receive best-in-class sales and marketing tools to develop your pipeline, including a robust CRM lead database, mobile tools, data analytics, marketing campaigns and significant training and support. While not directly responsible for “closing the sale”, your efforts will be integral in achieving channel sales goals.
This position has a base annual salary with uncapped commissions paid monthly.
Salary: $50,000 - $50,000 USD

Administrative Office Assistant, Administration will be responsible for several key daily initiatives that enable the office to run most efficiently. These critical tasks range from being a presence at the front desk to greet and direct office guests and clients, to managing the booking and availability of conference rooms, to ensuring the office is tidy and supplies are stocked. This role will also be cross trained in several key departments and will be called upon to assist managers within operational departments as needed. As the administrative office assistant, this role provides the candidate to be the face of the company upon client arrival, as well as own the duties of ensuring the condition of the corporate office space allows teams to work at their most optimal efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be task oriented, organized and able to manage several responsibilities simultaneously. While daily functions will be well defined and documented for this role, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to be flexible to take on the needs of an ever-changing business. Additionally, the candidate should be a quick learner and be able to own tasks, projects, and results. Lastly, the ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, both written and oral, as the position will entail a significant amount of internal and external correspondence through multiple communication channels.

As the face of Rectangle Health, you will act as a company ambassador and become a trusted advisor to healthcare practices. You will use relationship building and sales skills to gain rapport and provide solutions that will drive growth for practices.
With Rectangle Health, you will receive best-in-class sales and marketing tools to develop your sales pipeline, including a robust CRM lead database, mobile tools, data analytics, marketing campaigns and significant sales support resources. In this “new normal” of selling, you will leverage remote selling strategies to expand your territory reach.
Salary: $60,000 - $60,000 USD

The Customer Care Coordinator will work with our most valuable asset- our customers. This person will be an instrumental member of our phone and email support team. They will field incoming calls into our call center as well as incoming emails in an efficient and effective manner. They will be responsible for providing a top-notch service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. The support team’s goal is to increase customer retention by driving product adoption and resolving problems on the first call.
Coordinating & Implementing Solutions for Customers: Fielding customer issues via inbound calls and email and by responding in timely and professional manner, closing the loop, and ensuring customer satisfaction on the first contact.
Customer Relationship Management: Documenting interactions quickly and accurately in Salesforce. Utilizing the proper call coding for tracking purposes and to assist in driving initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partnering with leadership and various internal departments to ensure customer issues get resolved properly and advocate on customers behalf.
Product Support & Training: Has a depth of product knowledge that enables proper account servicing as well as provides basic training to users during interactions to drive product adoption and usage.
