What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

⚡ We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our development teams in Valencia and lead the backend technologies of our systems. This is a highly hands-on role: you will be actively writing and reviewing code, shaping architecture, and driving technical excellence while mentoring your team.
✅ Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage backend engineers through regular one-to-one sessions, feedback, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
• Actively write, review, and refactor code and directly contribute to building and improving our systems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure team alignment and adherence to agile best practices.
• Enhance system quality by resolving technical debt, optimizing architecture and flows, and performing data cleaning and restructuring.
• Design solutions and make key technical decisions for changes and enhancements.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, message brokers, 3rd party integrations, and secure development practices.

• Direct and own the delivery of several products.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of data structures, coding patterns, and algorithms.

• Experience working with agile methodologies, ideally Scrum.

What you will do
This is an opportunity to contribute to a key stage of the client journey: onboarding new customers to Lighthouse (within the impact of the direct products from The Hotels Network). You will join our team as an Implementation Specialist, acting as the primary technical guide for our new clients in the crucial post-sales phase. You will guide clients through the setup process, answer questions, and help solve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to stay aligned throughout, using AI tools and internal resources to work more efficiently.

We are the core of the Lighthouse platform. We take ingested data from our Integrations teams, turn it into usable data products, and provide that clean output to both the Product Engineering and Data Science & Analytics teams. What you will do

How You'll Make an Impact:
As the Manager, HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region.
In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units:
You will also own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance. This includes Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries.
You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.
You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

The Role…
At Soho House the Membership Manager is responsible for directly building and defining the local membership community to ensure the membership culture, experience and sales are maximised. They will manage their time to handle recruitment and acquiring (30% of time), communications, retention and member inquiries (30%) and on the floor face time with members and their guests (40%). You will be a direct link between our members and operations, acting as a voice for our members.
An integral aspect of the role is developing relationships and understanding the member community, their mindset and needs, consistently being present and available on the floor, essentially dividing presence across morning, noon, and night.
A membership manager will report into the Head of Member and Communications for the House or region, ensuring membership targets are achieved and that the overall experience within the House is consistently high quality, friendly and memorable. They will work cohesively with their peers in events and content to deliver the best possible experience for all who enter our Houses or locations.
