About the role
As a Staff Product Manager on our Game Tools team, you’ll own the core game systems that underpin every game at Fortis, spanning player experience as well as the architecture and tooling that supports it. You'll work across player accounts, compliance, social systems, and others, bringing clarity and direction to a wide, complex surface area. You'll partner closely with engineering, game teams, and partner teams to cut through ambiguity, set sharp priorities, and ship the right things.

The Experience you bring:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business System Administration, or equivalent experience
Extensive client-facing experience with a strong technical aptitude and presentation skill and/or Experience in field sales or customer consulting experience is preferred.
Working experience with a global system integrator is a big plus.
Track record of successful projects in Enterprise accounts.
Good understanding of integration technologies with a focus on APIs, data management, Agentic development or Event Driven Architectures.
Hands-on experience with integration development or data synchronization platforms such as API Management, Master Data Management or related technology platforms is a significant advantage.
Competitive knowledge is a big plus
Experience to carry quota and provide support to sales planning activities such as forecasting, account planning and go-to-market strategies
Integration experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Business Central, BizTalk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS or others is also an advantage.

The Staff Qualitative Researcher is Superbet's most senior practitioner of human-centred inquiry. This is a hands-on, high-output IC role. You are the person who knows how to get to the truth of a user's experience: their mental models, their anxieties, their unspoken expectations, their moments of delight and frustration.

We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to own a high-impact client intelligence initiative. Following a successful proof-of-concept with an external consultant, we are bringing this project fully in-house. The ultimate goal is to generate a comprehensive, enriched list of all potential clients globally — understanding their product requirements, industry verticals, and overall revenue potential — and deploy a scoring model that feeds directly into our sales pipeline.
This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will build from the ground up: data collection, enrichment, modeling, and production deployment. The project is co-managed by company executives and has a high strategic value.

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.

Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.
We are seeking a Payload Operations Engineer responsible for operating AST satellite payload subsystems to support constellation service and in-orbit testing. This is primarily a day-staff shift position at the AST Satellite Operations Centers (SOCs), with occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call support to provide 24x7 payload operations.
Payload Operations & Monitoring
Operate payload tools to create configuration items required for in-orbit testing (IOT) and commercial service.
Monitor service/test automation and analyze results through telemetry and log evaluation.
Coordinate payload system configuration changes to maintain commercial service levels.
Monitor and process payload subsystem telemetry data to ensure subsystem health, including power, thermal, and RF performance.
Maintain situational awareness of satellite, payload, and ground configuration and status.
Tool & Software Support
Support development of payload operations tools for efficient automated tasks.
Work with tool developers for functionality updates and payload software updates.
Operate SOC operations software tools.
Support development of automated operations tools.
Coordination & Troubleshooting
Coordinate troubleshooting with SOC, Network Operations Center (NOC), and subsystem engineers to resolve service issues.
Participate in daily shift handover briefings.
Support mission product development including procedure development, testing, and validation.
Support system readiness, planning, and preparation for satellite in-orbit milestones.
Attend required training sessions, simulations, rehearsals, conferences, and program reviews.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM field).
Experience:
A minimum of 0–2 years (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree or additional experience preferred.
Technical understanding of satellite system architecture and subsystem functionality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in an evolving system environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with satellite communication payloads.
Multi-satellite LEO constellation experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive requirements for concepts of operation.
Familiarity with version control software (preferably Git) and Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence).
Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, Python, Matlab, or C#.
Soft Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving system requirements.
Technology Stack:
SOC operations software tools.
Payload automation and telemetry analysis tools.
Engineering analysis tools, version control systems, programming languages (Python, Java, Matlab, C#).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an office and SOC environment.
Legally able to work in Spain.
