About the role:
The Engineering Manager for the DevTools team leads a group focused on building internal developer platforms (IDPs), tooling, and services that enable product delivery teams to move quickly, safely, and efficiently. This role is designed for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of high-scale systems architecture and people development. You will champion our developer portal, treating our internal developers as customers to build seamless, self-service tooling that removes cognitive load and accelerates product delivery. You ensure your team delivers high quality, secure, and reliable software aligned with product and infrastructure roadmaps. You partner closely with Product Management, Platform Engineering, and internal delivery teams to define, build, and operate foundational tooling such as containerized application systems, CI/CD workflows, platform integrations, and shared infrastructure capabilities.
Your contribution will be:
Engineering Leadership:
- Ensure the team produces high-quality, secure, well tested code.
- Provide technical direction for developer platforms and shared tooling.
- Guide design and architecture decisions with clear tradeoffs.
- Promote best practices for scalability, resilience, security, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee service reliability and ensure systems meet SLOs and SLIs.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines and automation support delivery teams.
Delivery & Execution:
- Run the team using agile principles with meaningful metrics.
- Maintain visibility into risks, technical debt, dependencies.
- Partner with Product Management to shape and prioritize the backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and platform capabilities.
- Participate in incident management and follow-up improvements.
Team Management:
- Coach and develop engineers with growth plans.
- Lead hiring and workforce planning.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise:
- IDP Tooling: Experience with ArgoCD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Pulumi). Experience with Backstage or similar internal portals is a significant plus.
- Cloud Native Ecosystem: Understanding of Kubernetes, container security, and service mesh within Azure/AWS environments.
- DevEx Metrics: Familiarity with tracking DORA metrics and Developer Experience (DevEx) signals to measure the platform's impact on velocity and quality.

About the role:
As a Platform Security Engineer, you are a developing security professional building expertise in securing cloud-native infrastructure, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and product services within the Platform Engineering organization. You take ownership of moderately complex security tasks with increasing autonomy while receiving guidance on architectural decisions and strategic direction. Your focus is the security posture of our platform and product infrastructure — the container orchestration layer, service mesh, observability stack, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure that engineering teams build and deploy on.
You implement and maintain security controls, build standardized security processes for engineering teams (vulnerability management, production security checks, secure build pipelines), support penetration testing and SOC operations for the product environment, contribute to compliance-related activities from the product security perspective, and help embed security practices into the developer experience through tooling and documentation.
You are building depth and maturity in infrastructure security, application security, and shift-left practices needed to progress toward a senior platform security role.

About the role:
The Customer Support Engineer I is responsible for providing outstanding technical support focused on the overall success of Nintex’s customers and partners. They will collect all relevant data required to effectively troubleshoot and understand how the customer is using our products. They will ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met, and that each customer has a positive experience with each contact.
Your contribution will be:
Technical Support and Product Expertise: Using the company CRM, Phone or Chat, interact with external customers and partners to resolve all technical issues with Nintex’s products and environments where Nintex products are deployed. The role is required to use company and third-party training sites to grow knowledge and stay at the forefront of software technology stacks used by Nintex and its customers and become a subject matter expert.
Customer Engagement and Ambassadorship: The customers must be the central focal point in all interactions, and the role will act as the voice of the customer in all interactions ensuring all defined SLA’s are adhered to ensure their continued success. In this role you must “know your customer”, be able to identify the customer’s technical ability, and customize messaging to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of what is being conveyed to them. The role will anticipate follow-up questions and provide additional documentation to proactively answer ancillary questions or future issues.
Replications and Knowledge Base: Use company virtual machines and tools to replicate complex customer scenarios, confirm whether behavior is unique to Nintex and document all results into defined Nintex department. On completion of all cases, the role will participate in knowledge base creation for internal and external consumption to reduce future in-bound case volume and same case issues.
Team success: Customer success starts with great teammate success. The role will take part in all team meetings sharing ideas and knowledge to grow the effectiveness of the overall global support department. The role must take equal ownership of periodic out of hours on call availability.
