As Strategic Partnerships Lead // Banking Distribution you will be accountable for creating, structuring and scaling strategic partnerships with banks where the bank is both the distribution partner and the balance sheet provider. This is a step-change from JUMO’s mobile-money-led model: it places the bank at the centre of customer acquisition, product distribution, funding and risk, and demands a partnership lead who can operate as a credible peer to bank executives. You will articulate the JUMO proposition, co-design the product and operating construct with the bank, lead the rollout of new initiatives end-to-end, and drive portfolio growth, revenue and risk outcomes in line with the partnership agreement. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist whose determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. Based remotely in South Africa, you will be a key player in the growth of the region by providing high quality training, education and support to a select customer base across Catapults’ entire range of athlete tracking hardware and software solutions. The eCommerce Lead should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of ecommerce product management. Through managing the overall web process, this individual will own and execute the product assortment strategy needed to maximize sales, customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
o Work closely with Regional and Global Marketing on social media channels utilization, paid advertising campaigns, on -platform as well as online campaigns development to increase digital sales
o Responsible for regular reporting on digital and app performance and customer experience metrics -optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth
o Own daily reporting for app performance -tracking all major KPI to plan

JOB SCOPE
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)
Give notice at your current job (if applicable)
Participate in daily training for the first 15 days
Shadow and support ongoing accounts during the next 15 days while preparing to take on your own clients
Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.

As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.
You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools.
