How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Respond to all tickets in the system in a timely manner, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution.
- Escalate issues that fall outside your scope of expertise to Senior Administrators as needed.
- Support employees in maintaining a high level of satisfaction through professional and reliable IT assistance.
- Perform general IT-related tasks, including onboarding new hires, diagnosing and repairing end-user devices, and managing IT support requests.
- Utilize standard corporate tools to document change and problem management activities for tracking and reporting purposes.
Who you are:
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Knowledge of IT security practices
- Proficiency in English and Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Atlassian products (ITSM, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)Administer and manage Intune environments to ensure secure and efficient device management.
- Administer and support Jamf infrastructure for effective Apple device management.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) services, including user access and policy configuration.
- Administer and support Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems across the organization.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Apply strong knowledge of IT security best practices to maintain a secure environment.
- Support and maintain Server and Cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.
- Demonstrate an automation mindset; basic scripting skills are considered an advantage.

About the role
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Systems team and play a key role in driving Payhawk’s growth. You’ll be at the heart of optimizing and evolving our Salesforce platform, empowering our ambitious organization to operate at peak efficiency. As our Salesforce Admin, you’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs — translating ideas into impactful solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across the company, and ensuring our systems continuously scale and improve.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce platform administration, including (but not limited to) automations, reporting, data architecture, integrations, security practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders by gathering requirements and finding scalable solutions that follow Salesforce best practices
- Building and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Communication with key stakeholders in all phases of the SDLC process
- Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integrations with third-party systems
- Plan, organize, and support User Acceptance Testing
- Monitor user adoption of new and existing features
- Mass manipulation of data in the system
- Research, evaluate, and implement new features/products
- Collaboration with Salesforce and Product developers on CRM-related projects
- Support the integration of AI tools to enhance automation, improve data accuracy, and streamline business processes across the organization.
- Optimize existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org health and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud administration experience
- Profound knowledge of Salesforce’s declarative automation tools, with a focus on Record-Triggered and Screen flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce’s security model
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce’s reporting capabilities, including Lightning Report and Dashboard Builder
- Understanding of general SDLC principles and best practices, including Agile development methodology
- Ability to provide coaching to junior team members and training to users
- Ability to prioritize and work independently in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with database management or object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with Salesforce SOQL, Apex, and HTML
- Data analytical experience/knowledge
- Experience in the fintech/banking industry or a SaaS company
