Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field/equivalent practical experience.
• Software development experience coding in a general-purpose programming language.
• Experience building complex applications for the iPhone/iPad using Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks.
• Experience building maintainable, scalable, and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field/equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience developing iOS mobile apps released to App Store.
• Experience with both native and hybrid iOS app development.
• Experience with defining and implementing extensible app architectures to allow future maintainability and new feature development.
• Work experience with global, cross-functional development & design teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of agile development processes.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Slovenian language specialist who can bring linguistic depth, cultural context, and precision to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine Slovenian text outputs, and provide expert feedback on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness to strengthen model performance.

On a typical day, you will review and annotate Slovenian content, assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and fluency, identify and document error patterns, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

Fluency in Slovenian is required, along with demonstrated experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related professional work. Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Clear communication skills, cultural knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.

We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and stable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
