The Role
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you are the trusted technical partner for OPSWAT's enterprise customers; owning the post-sales relationship for accounts running mission-critical workloads on our platforms. You combine deep product expertise with strategic advisory: guiding deployments, optimizing security posture, and ensuring our customers extract maximum value from their OPSWAT investment.
You will work across geographies and timezones, partnering with Fortune 500 enterprises, national CERTs, and operators of critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts; from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Drive deployment, integration, and optimization of OPSWAT products (MetaDefender Core, MetaDefender Kiosk, MetaAccess, OT Security, Sandbox) across hybrid IT/OT environments.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), service health checks, and telemetry-driven insights to align product usage with customer security objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex, multi-component issues; log analysis, root cause investigation, API integrations, performance tuning and coordinate with Support and Engineering for resolution.
- Advise customers on architecture: secure file transfer, cross-domain solutions, OT/ICS network segmentation, supply chain security, and threat intelligence integration.
- Act as the customer's voice internally; escalate, advocate, and influence Product and Engineering roadmaps based on real-world deployment feedback.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk through proactive engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in a technical post-sales role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales SE, Senior Support Engineer Tier 3+) at a cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
- Hands-on experience technologies such as endpoint security (EDR/XDR), network security (NGFW, NAC, IDS/IPS), SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), email/file security, or DLP.
- Strong fundamentals in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, firewalls) and operating systems (Windows, Linux); ability to analyze logs and reproduce customer issues.
- Experience integrating security platforms via REST APIs and basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa.
- Comfortable working across timezones with global teams (US HQ, EMEA, APAC customers).
- Ownership mindset: structured, proactive, and accountable for customer outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OT/ICS environments and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, Purdue Model).
- Background serving regulated industries: government, defense, energy, financial services, or healthcare.
- Security certifications: CISSP, GICSP, OSCP, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with malware analysis, sandboxing, or supply chain security concepts.
- Prior experience at a product-led cybersecurity vendor (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Trellix, Fortinet, or similar).

As a Trading Systems Engineer you’ll collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and software development teams, working closely with exchanges, traders, and developers to support ongoing improvements and keep our trading technology performing at its best.
As markets evolve toward 24×7 trading, we’re expanding coverage to ensure our systems run smoothly during high impact periods that extend beyond the traditional Monday–Friday schedule. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work a non-traditional 5-day shift, depending on what best fits your schedule, for example Tuesday to Saturday, including Saturday working. This flexible coverage model allows you to make a critical impact during peak trading hours while enjoying off days during quieter parts of the week.

Our Equity Options team is looking for a Trading Systems Engineer (TSE) to provide high performance, mission critical support for our proprietary trading systems. The role is to maintain a healthy trading environment and provide on-the-floor technical support. The TSE will also work on longer-term engineering projects collaborating closely with traders, researchers and developers to ensure maximum trading profitability by contributing to scalable, efficient, performant, clean systems and well-defined workflows. The TSE will coordinate with operations, business liaisons and infrastructure teams to communicate with exchanges, brokers and other external parties to ensure a stable and efficient environment for our option trading strategies.
What you’ll be working on:
- Work as part of a team to establish best-in-class production support, efficient software deployment, configuration processes and proactive monitoring, with the goal of anticipating and avoiding issues before they occur, minimizing downtime and recovering quickly from any incidents
- Understand and potentially develop proprietary process automation and monitoring tools and leverage third-party technologies as appropriate
- Troubleshoot trading system production incidents resulting from internal (proprietary software/systems) or external factors (markets, data feeds, telecommunication lines) in time-critical situations.
- Understanding Option Trading in the APAC region to best enable trading
- Coordinate efforts with European and US Option trading teams to share best practices and ensure continuity and consistency of support in a 24x7 environment
- Understand exchange data center layout and hardware infrastructure to optimise our setup and configuration
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years working trade support, site reliability engineering or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field, ideally computer engineering related
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and common network troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for audiences of varying backgrounds

About the Position
We are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to help grow, monitor and manage our global voice and video infrastructure. This role sits within our larger IT group and will require you to deliver smart solutions in a fast-paced environment without disrupting the daily workflow.
The Unified Communications team is responsible for end-user setup (devices and profiles), asset management and all infrastructure related to collaboration and telephony. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Platform Management
- Support and maintain data platforms for multiple clients across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and other cloud environments
- Manage and optimize on-premise data platform solutions
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client data infrastructure
- Monitor platform health and proactively address potential issues
Data Pipeline Development
- Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes
- Implement real-time and batch data processing solutions
- Optimize data flows for performance and cost-effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues to ensure reliable data delivery
Infrastructure as Code
- Collaborate With DevOps to create and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for scalable, repeatable deployments
- Manage cloud resources and infrastructure provisioning across multiple client environments
- Implement infrastructure best practices for security, monitoring, and disaster recovery
- Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure
Client Support & Collaboration
- Work directly with clients to understand their data requirements and business objectives
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for data architecture improvements
- Document solutions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Participate in client meetings and technical reviews
WHO YOU ARE:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our managed services team, where you'll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining data platforms for our diverse client portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while solving complex data challenges across multiple industries.
Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, etc.)
- Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components and capabilities
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management is a plus
- Data Engineering: 5+ years of experience building and maintaining data pipelines
- Programming: Strong skills in Python, SQL, and PowerShell/Bash scripting
- On-Premise Systems: Experience with traditional data platforms and hybrid cloud architectures
Platform Expertise
- Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Event Hubs)
- Microsoft Fabric
- Database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases)
- Data integration tools and methodologies
- Multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP experience is a plus)
Professional Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
BONUS SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Azure certifications (Azure Fabric/Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.)
