This isn’t a role for a lone wolf—we succeed through collaboration, resourcefulness, and shared ownership. You should be confident in your ability to deploy, configure, and support infrastructure, but humble enough to know when it’s time to loop others in.
If you're the kind of person who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the client experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted technical resource for escalated support, infrastructure projects, and client onboarding
Deploy and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
Configure and support SonicWall firewalls, including VPNs and NAT policies
Execute disaster recovery procedures using tools like ShadowProtect, Datto, or Veeam
Administer and troubleshoot cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Google Workspace

Use RMM tools (e.g., N-Able) to monitor and address infrastructure alerts
Create and update client documentation (e.g., IT Glue, Autotask)
Automate repetitive tasks using basic PowerShell or batch scripting
Prioritize client outcomes—deliver the right result, not just the right answer
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT consulting or MSP environment (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to deploy and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
Hands-on experience with SonicWall firewall configuration, including site-to-site VPNs and NAT policies
Practical experience executing disaster recovery using tools like ShadowProtect, Datto, or Veeam
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace
Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
Basic experience with PowerShell and/or batch scripting for automation
Experience using RMM and PSA tools (e.g., N-Able, Autotask, IT Glue)
Willing to work PST hours
Exceptional client service and communication skills—you can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and create calm in stressful situations
Demonstrated ability to ask for help when appropriate and collaborate to solve problems efficiently
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ownership of outcomes—not just tasks
