As a Technical Account Manager, you will become the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey starting from kick-off to onboarding to continued customer success and finally, increased adoption. About the Role

Overview
We're hiring a founding senior Solutions Consultant based in Singapore to serve as Mesh's technical point of contact for customers and prospects across APAC. This is a hybrid role that spans presales, implementation, and technical support, making it ideal for an experienced crypto-native operator who thrives on variety and wants to own a broad scope in a high-growth region. You'll partner with Sales on technical evaluations and demos, guide customer engineering teams through API and SDK integrations, and serve as the first line of triage for production issues before escalating to our US-based support and engineering teams.
