The Markets Team sits at the intersection of institutional asset issuance and onchain liquidity operations within the M0 ecosystem. The team operates the infrastructure that transforms real-world collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries or tokenized money market funds, into M0-powered stablecoins: programmable, composable digital dollars used by builders across DeFi and beyond. The team operates and grows M0's liquidity orchestartion layer and partner flows across the growing network of issuers and stablecoin partners. The Markets Team is a critical bridge between institutional-grade financial infrastructure and the onchain economy and is now scaling into the future.
This is a hands-on operations role with a strong emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance. You’ll manage core workflows from minting and redemption to onboarding, reconciliations, and AML operations, while building the structures that ensure MXON operates with institutional rigor and audit and licensing readiness.
You’ll join at a formative stage where your ideas and systems design will directly shape next-generation financial infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who combines the discipline of traditional finance with the agility of digital assets, and who thrives on bringing structure to dynamic environments.
Working closely with Finance, Legal, and external partners, you’ll support audit preparation, risk assessments, and compliance planning. The role begins as an individual contributor but offers a clear path to build and lead a team as we scale globally and deepen our regulated footprint.

The Clearing Department is responsible for critical post-trade functions for global equities, derivatives, commodities, fixed-income, forex and other investment securities. These functions include electronic trade and position reconciliation, inventory management, settlement operations and client account transfers. The Role: Senior Associate, Treasury Operations
The Senior Associate, Treasury Operations will be a key contributor in the overall evolution of Gemini’s Payments ecosystem and a critical participant in the implementation of best-in-class payments architecture and operations processing infrastructure. The person in this role will be tasked with maintaining all customer fund flows in and out of our bank accounts, while also preparing monthly summaries and journal entries for global customer cash to be used in financial reporting. They will assist in streamlining current payment processes, as well as assist in the rollout of future Payment products. The Senior Manager, Medical Advisory and Research is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, scientific rigor, and high-quality medical advisory delivery across EVYD’s products, research initiatives, and external engagements.
This role serves as the medical advisory execution lead under the Head of Medical, with formal clinical sign-off authority, ownership of selected research initiatives, and direct management of the research team. The role bridges medical advisory, research execution, product development, and commercial support to ensure all outputs are scientifically sound, clinically appropriate, and aligned with EVYD's strategic objectives.
Serve as the medical advisory lead for EVYD’s products, programs, and solutions, ensuring clinical accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current medical standards and guidelines.
Provide formal clinical and scientific sign-off on medical content, research outputs, protocols, advisory materials, and clinical workflows within delegated authority.
Act as the primary medical and scientific approver for assigned initiatives, with escalation to the Head of Medical where required.
Review and assess medical assumptions, intervention logic, and outcome frameworks embedded in digital health, population health, and research solutions.
Advise internal teams on clinical workflows, patient journeys, and healthcare delivery processes across prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
