岗位职责：

1. 参与面向产品业务的各项「框架、工具、平台」研发，以及体系建设；
2. 与团队紧密合作，高效、高质量的完成各项功能的研发，并配合测试、部署上线；
3. 对系统进行持续优化，保障良好的浏览器兼容性和稳定性；
4. 具有良好的编码能力和习惯，维护代码层面的可读、可维护和可扩展性。

任职要求：

1. 熟练掌握 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等原生前端基础技术，熟悉相关规范；
2. 熟练掌握 React / Vue / Angular 等常用前端框架(React最佳)以及配套社区项目（redux/rxjs等）；
3. 对前端工程化、模块化有一定的理解，能熟练掌握Webpack/Gulp/Rollup等构建工具的使用和配置；
4. 对各类浏览器平台特性有一定的了解，能够很好地解决兼容问题，且具备良好的 UI 交互实现能力；
5. 深入理解过至少一种前端框架的底层原理和技术实现，有能力从框架特性出发对系统进行性能优化。
6. 性格乐观积极，善于沟通分享，热衷于技术创新，且对团队和个人负有责任心。

加分项：

1. 有一定的服务端开发经验（NodeJS、Java、Python等）。
2. 具有大型Web系统、APP以及PC应用等产品研发经验。
3. 具有独立进行前端项目架构设计、研发等经验。

Responsibilities:

3. Continuously optimize systems to ensure strong browser compatibility and stability.
   
   
4. Maintain clean coding practices with a focus on readability, maintainability, and scalability at the code level.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in core front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiar with related standards.
   
   
2. Skilled in common front-end frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue, or Angular, along with community tools like Redux / RxJS.
   
   
3. Solid understanding of front-end engineering and modularization, with hands-on experience using and configuring build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Rollup.
   
   
4. Knowledgeable about the characteristics of different browsers, able to resolve compatibility issues effectively, and strong in implementing user-friendly UI interactions.
   
   
5. In-depth understanding of the underlying principles and technical implementations of at least one front-end framework, with the ability to perform system performance optimization based on framework features.
   
   
6. Positive and optimistic personality, good at communication and knowledge sharing, passionate about technical innovation, and responsible toward both the team and personal tasks.
   
   

Nice-to-Have:

1. Experience in back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.).
   
   
2. Hands-on experience developing large-scale web systems, mobile apps, or PC applications.
   
   
3. Experience independently designing and building front-end project architectures.
