About the Role
You will join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure: bare metal, VMs, databases, queues, networking, and infrastructure security. Our philosophy is simple: the team owns its systems end-to-end, and every engineer should be able to diagnose and fix issues in their area of responsibility.
This role is for someone who enjoys working with real infrastructure (OS, hardware/virtualization, networks), not just cloud abstractions.
What You'll Do
- Work primarily with on‑premise infrastructure (bare metal and VMs): setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by defining requirements, assumptions, and next steps
- Own automation projects end‑to‑end (design → rollout → maintenance)
- Improve how we operate: harden and tune systems and also improve the way the team works in terms of operational hygiene
- Keep the platform stable, fast, and secure: servers, web servers, databases, queues
- Investigate production incidents across OS / networking / infrastructure layers, apply temporary mitigations, coordinate with developers and participate in post‑mortems
- Participate in on‑call rotations
- Use AI in all aspects of day‑to‑day work: researching, troubleshooting, developing
Requirements
- 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE (or very close responsibilities)
- Real, hands-on experience with servers (VMs, bare metal) at the OS level and below: configuring, troubleshooting, digging into “why it’s broken”
- Confident Linux skills (we use Ubuntu). We expect you to be comfortable with the core tools from Linux Crisis Tools
- Solid understanding of networking basics; ability to configure and troubleshoot iptables
- Ansible + Git
- Experience with Bash or Python scripting for automation/observability
- Production/on‑call experience: diagnosing incidents, restoring service, participating in post‑mortems
- Ownership and attention to detail. Downtime is expensive: five years ago, 10 minutes of downtime cost us $100k — today it’s even more
Nice to Have
We understand it’s impossible to be an expert in everything, but it’s important to have solid hands-on experience in two or more of the areas below:
- ClickHouse, MongoDB: what each database is used for, monitoring, troubleshooting performance and slow queries, sharding
- Kafka: operating clusters at scale (topic moves, broker replacements, tuning)
- Redis: high‑load tuning, replication, sharding, performance monitoring
- Elasticsearch: configuration, scaling, sharding/cluster management
- HAProxy / Nginx: load balancing, SSL/TLS, caching, reverse proxying, performance monitoring
- OS tuning: kernel/network stack/filesystem parameters for high‑load systems
- Full Disk Encryption on LVM: We use Clevis + Tang in production
- Infrastructure Security: Teleport, HashiCorp Vault

About the Role
As a Backend Developer, you will be a key architect of the engine that powers our global platform. You'll resolve complex challenges in a high-load, distributed system, building and scaling the infrastructure that processes millions in donations. This is not a maintenance role; it's a high-impact, product-focused engineering position where clean architecture, performance, and reliability are paramount.

- Database Skills: Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

As a Senior QA Engineer (Quality Enablement), you will work in a cross-team role focused on improving product quality through processes, practices, and engineering influence across the entire organization.
QAE does not write product tests for teams on a regular basis. Instead, the role focuses on:
- Helping teams build effective testing strategies
- Reviewing test scenarios, automated tests, and technical decisions

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Elements team. In this role, you will lead the development of embedded "elements" — a suite of widgets that non-profits integrate into their websites to drive donations or display impact statistics. Tech Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Cloudflare Workers, and Kafka.
We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
- Write and review code (approximately 70/30 split in favor of management).
- Ensure the team follows company processes and engineering guidelines.
- Own the delivery of features and adherence to deadlines.
- Make technical decisions, prepare technical designs for new features, and align them with neighboring teams and your manager.
- Manage technical debt and maintain the technical backlog for your team.
- Mentor and develop engineers; conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
- Onboard new team members.
- Conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
- You are an experienced Engineering Team Lead with 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 3–5 developers.
- You’re a hands-on leader who can write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully.
- You have strong people management skills — hiring, coaching, giving feedback, and resolving conflicts.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product companies working with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups will be a plus.
- Your English is at B2+ level: you don’t struggle to find words and can confidently discuss any technical topics.

About the Role
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
At the initial stage, you will be the first engineer in this direction, taking full ownership of the data domain. As the product and data needs grow, we plan to expand the team, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to its development.
This role requires a high level of autonomy and ownership, combined with close collaboration with analytics, Data Science, and engineering teams.

- Build reliable ETL/ELT processes and develop scalable data pipelines for delivering data into a centralized analytical warehouse.
- Maintain and further develop the Data Warehouse.

About the role
As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. You’ll lead and grow a team of Product Managers, collaborate tightly with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex, enterprise-scale deals. This is a hands-on, results-driven role — you will set bold vision, raise the bar on execution, and drive measurable revenue growth and market dominance.
What “Core Markets” means here
Core Markets represent the priority verticals where Fundraise Up has established strong traction and significant growth potential — including large Tier 1 & Tier 2 nonprofits across Cause & Cure, Faith-based, and adjacent segments. Your mandate: position Fundraise Up as the partner of choice and default platform within these key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Customer Leadership
- Develop deep expertise in Core Markets — understand segments, buying behaviors, procurement and RFP patterns, compliance requirements, and the key barriers to adoption.
- Drive continuous discovery — conduct executive interviews, site visits, and industry events, translating insights into clear “must-haves” versus differentiators for each vertical.
- Own strategic enterprise deals — present the product vision, address objections, and collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to co-create scalable, enterprise-grade rollout plans.
Portfolio Strategy & Outcomes
- Define and own the Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across verticals; articulate crisp bets with quantified business cases.
- Balance scale vs. customization: protect product integrity while unlocking enterprise wins (no “zoo” of one-offs).
- Set and deliver against OKRs that tie directly to revenue and adoption (ARR growth, win-rate, NRR, adoption of key capabilities).
Team Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and inspire 2–5 PMs (vertical leads). Build a culture of ownership, curiosity, and high accountability.
- Establish operating rituals (discovery cadence, metrics reviews, launch playbooks) that scale learning and delivery.
- Grow leaders: coach PMs to manage their own cross-functional pods and represent the product credibly with enterprise customers.
GTM & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Operate as a true partner to Sales, Solutions, CS, and Marketing: equip teams with product narratives, competitive angles, and clear boundaries.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship impactful, reliable capabilities on time.
- Communicate trade-offs with executive clarity; make decisions, document rationale, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading PMs (managing managers or multiple PMs across areas).
- Enterprise B2B experience (SaaS/fintech/payments/e-commerce or adjacent), including pre-sales/RFPs and complex stakeholder management.
- Proven discovery & execution track record: from insight → business case → delivery → measurable impact.
- Metrics fluency: ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption, time-to-value; strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Communication: C1/C2 English—clear, confident, and persuasive with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Travel-ready: comfortable with regular customer visits and conferences (including the U.S.).

- Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments (compliance, risk, donor experience).
- History of building vertical toolkits/solutions that scale across enterprise accounts.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to join the Donor Experience Platform team. In this role, you will lead the development of a technical platform (internal API) that powers the company’s key products — various forms and interfaces for processing online donations.
We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 5-8 Fullstack developers.
- Write and review code (approximately 70/30 split in favor of management).
- Ensure the team follows company processes and engineering guidelines.
- Own the delivery of features and adherence to deadlines.
- Make technical decisions, prepare technical designs for new features, and align them with neighboring teams and your manager.
- Manage technical debt and maintain the technical backlog for your team.
- Mentor and develop engineers; conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
- Onboard new team members.
- Conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
- You are an experienced Engineering Team Lead with 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 5–10 developers.
- You’re a hands-on leader who can write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully.
- You have strong people management skills — hiring, coaching, giving feedback, and resolving conflicts.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product companies working with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
- Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups will be a plus.
- Your English is at B2+ level: you don’t struggle to find words and can confidently discuss any technical topics.
