We are looking for an energetic Senior Firmware Engineer who can bridge these technologies with novel software solutions, algorithms, and machine learning primitives.

Required skills:

• Ability to work on communication stacks, in-depth domain knowledge on Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Audio, Multipoint, Auracast, Controller stack protocols, BLE profiles/Services.
• Ability to work on system level architecture; ability to create and maintain system level solutions comprised of state-of-the-art hardware and software components and provide documentation for our products.                                   
• Development experience with functions and protocols such as TWS Role switch, fast pairing, voice assistants, Conformance and Teams certifications.
• Ability to understand complex customer application ecosystems and integrate our product offerings.
• Prior experience in developing and debugging all aspects of system software. This includes understanding overall system performance from both a hardware and software perspective.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of Industrial experience in firmware development
• Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) and algorithm development experience
• Experience with communication stacks including Bluetooth classic, BLE USB, SDIO WiFi, Bluetooth & WiFi interoperability.
• Strong knowledge of Tensilica HiFi, Kalimba DSP cores and Bluetooth Audio Frameworks
• Hands on experience with integrating, building, and testing of multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with embedded real-time operating systems
• Experience with SCM tools (GIT, SVN, Clearcase, Perforce, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of a software development process (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Application of Object-Oriented concepts and methodologies
• Strong system level knowledge in audio, video and TWS domains

We are looking for a Pricing Engineer who will strengthen our Sales team. The role requires extensive practical experience as a CNC Technologist. Projects are mainly international, therefore knowledge of written technical and, to a sufficient extent, business English is a must. You must be competent to read ISO standardized drawings in English and communicate directly in writing with the customer to clarify unclear technical requirements.

Functional responsibilities:

• Analysis of incoming drawings / CAD models in English / German;
• Calculation of production costs (materials + machine hours + post-processing);
• Providing process recommendations (if necessary);
• Formalizing the results of calculations and transferring them to colleagues from the commercial department;
• The main criterion for evaluating an employee in this position: quality and efficiency of processing incoming requests (ideally within 1-2 working hours after receipt);
• Systematization of their work, participation in setting tasks to automate processes.

Requirements for applicants:

• Graduate engineering degree - Metalworking Process Engineer, Design Engineer or similar;
• 5+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineering;
• Expert knowledge of various metalworking methods: turning, milling, CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, sheet metal working - laser, waterjet, plasma cutting, welding;
• Knowledge of various metal post-processes: polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, sanding/blasting, coatings, painting, etc.;
• Knowledge of different construction materials and their processing properties: metals, plastics, composite materials;
• Good knowledge of English for reading drawings. If there was experience in reading drawings in German - a big plus;
• IT enthusiast, ready to master and use modern technologies and software;
• Willingness and desire to work in a fast-growing business atmosphere.
