MongoDB is looking for an experienced and results-oriented people leader to help grow our Customer Success program in Seoul, South Korea. You will play a key role in the growth and success of MongoDB, our customers and CS team members. Your team will be working directly with our customers, and you’ll help develop an outstanding program in one of its most exciting phases.
You will recruit and provide the coaching, mentoring and development that will enable both our high-touch and tech-touch Customer Success teams to positively impact customers, develop skills, and grow their careers over time. In addition to recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, you will also be responsible for crafting and executing initiatives to increase our customer retention and happiness, identify expansion opportunities, and promote customer adoption of MongoDB.

The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are a highly experienced advisor helping customers navigate their most complex journeys on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of Enterprise (G2000) accounts, acting as a lead strategic connector between your customers and cross-functional resources to achieve high-stakes business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy while mentoring team members to elevate the organization's collective impact. You’ll build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, understand intricate technical environments inside and out, and navigate global account teams to deliver measurable impact in high-pressure scenarios.

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Strategist who can elevate MarqVision’s brand presence in Korea through compelling storytelling and high-quality content production. This role requires someone who can think at a brand level while also executing end-to-end content creation, from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance measurement.
You will translate technical IP protection, anti-counterfeiting, unauthorized sales, and brand impersonation concepts into engaging narratives that appeal to brand managers, marketers, and enterprise audiences. About Marketing Team
MarqVision’s Marketing Team is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and product engagement across global markets. In Korea and the broader APAC region, we operate as a high-impact growth engine, creating localized content, shaping market narratives, and activating full-funnel campaigns that support both brand and revenue goals.
As part of this team, you will lead social media and multimedia content creation for Korea, owning MarqVision’s brand storytelling across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels. You’ll plan and execute content-led demand generation campaigns, repurpose high-performing assets, and support regional messaging that aligns with global go-to-market initiatives.
This role is highly cross-functional. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure content reinforces our value proposition, strengthens product positioning, and resonates with our audiences across APAC, especially in Korea.

Overview
The Sales & Service Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy to life in the store. This individual is passionate about business targets, sales, guest experience, and elevating talent to meet Alo’s values. This role’s north star is pointed at ensuring that guest experience in the store is exceptional. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.

To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)

We are growing our Enterprise CS team and looking to add an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise customers and ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies
Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes
Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level)
Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations
Experience in Integration and/or business automation. Awareness of processes and roles in these domains would be a plus: People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
Preference will be given to candidates who:

The Role

Your role:
As an Account Manager - Enterprise, you’ll be a key player in AppsFlyer’s continued growth in South Korea, managing a book of business across existing Enterprise clients.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to some of the most innovative app developers and marketers in the region, helping them unlock value through data-driven marketing and AppsFlyer’s suite of measurement solutions. You’ll also evangelize AppsFlyer as the Measurement Authority in Korea, driving adoption and market education.
