About the role

MongoDB is looking for an experienced and results-oriented people leader to help grow our Customer Success program in Seoul, South Korea. You will play a key role in the growth and success of MongoDB, our customers and CS team members. Your team will be working directly with our customers, and you’ll help develop an outstanding program in one of its most exciting phases.

You will recruit and provide the coaching, mentoring and development that will enable both our high-touch and tech-touch Customer Success teams to positively impact customers, develop skills, and grow their careers over time. In addition to recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, you will also be responsible for crafting and executing initiatives to increase our customer retention and happiness, identify expansion opportunities, and promote customer adoption of MongoDB.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Seoul for our hybrid working model.

We’re looking for someone with

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar customer-facing roles in complex technical environments, plus 3+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity supporting large enterprises
• Previous hands-on experience with MongoDB or other database technologies in areas such as solution implementation, technical account management, or enterprise architecture is highly preferred
• Passion for and experience in hiring, developing and managing a team of individual contributors. Your team and their success are your top priority
• A proven track record and experience with fast-growing teams, using data to drive initiatives and guide your decision making processes
• A mind for technology. We’ll teach you all about MongoDB and databases, but our users and products are inherently technical. You should be too
• Experience or aptitude for learning enterprise infrastructure technologies; exposure to MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus
• High organization in your workflows. To lead and execute efficiently, you’ll need to be a specialist in prioritization and time management
• You know how to deal with ambiguity and be able to navigate through it with perseverance, a positive mentality and a point of view. We’re still growing and learning and will look to you to help us establish and evolve processes
• A strong desire to embrace partnership and collaboration. You’ll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis (Sales, Technical Support, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product, etc.) and helping to build the Customer Success “brand” across our entire organization and at our customers
• You have experience in working and collaborating with internal and external partners with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

• People leadership: Recruit, mentor and develop individuals on the CS team
• Execution: Define and lead to a set of analytical metrics to guide the direction of the team; deliver against quarterly and long-term targets
• Build programs: Craft and execute initiatives sought to grow customer retention, expansion, satisfaction, and product adoption
• Executive presence and communication: Build and maintain relationships across MongoDB teams, organizations and offices

Success Measures

The Manager, Customer Success will be successful in this role when they can execute the following strategic tasks/responsibilities

• In the first 3 months, you’ll have ramped on our key CS processes and program, effectively completed our weeklong training bootcamp and started interviewing for new team members
• In 6 months, you’re actively mentoring and guiding the team through quarterly and monthly team goals and initiatives
• In 12 months you’ll have accomplished in coaching your individual contributors on the team efficiently, and are on achieving and exceeding your team goals for retention, expansion and customer satisfaction

We are looking for passionate technologists to join our Pre-Sales organization to ensure that our growth is grounded and guided by strong technical alignment with our platform and the needs of our customers.

MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations. You'll work closely with our sales executives, helping customers solve business problems by leveraging our solutions, playing a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations. 

This role can be based remotely in Seoul with business fluency in the following languages: Korean  

As an ideal candidate, you will have

• 5 to 8  years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity
• Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership
• Ability to work with a cross functional sales team to formulate and execute an end to end deal cycle

Senior Customer Success Manager

The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are a highly experienced advisor helping customers navigate their most complex journeys on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of Enterprise (G2000) accounts, acting as a lead strategic connector between your customers and cross-functional resources to achieve high-stakes business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy while mentoring team members to elevate the organization's collective impact. You’ll build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, understand intricate technical environments inside and out, and navigate global account teams to deliver measurable impact in high-pressure scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Advisory

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks in accounts with significant technical complexity by advising on advanced operational strategies and best practices. Deliver cross-disciplinary solutions to critical customer challenges, accelerating time-to-value and guiding to achieve their business goals through their MongoDB deployments.
• Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews for Enterprise accounts, analyzing technical health and risk while translating insights into business-critical outcomes. What You Will Bring

• Accountability: 4+ years experience being accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.

About the role

MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Manager based in Seoul to drive marketing and account based marketing programs for the South Korea region. This role works in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, and partner teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing plans that map to priority business objectives, including: online and offline demand generation programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities. We’re looking for someone with

• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing, preferably in Field Marketing and Account Based Marketing (ABM), specifically within the Enterprise Tech/SaaS space
• Partner Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with co-marketing alongside cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and the AI/ISV ecosystem

Job Overview

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang’s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang’s core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM
• Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
• Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
• Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 15 years of overall experience with at least 8years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture
• Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, etc.)
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub
• Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations

The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. This job also involves showing clients how our offerings work and what benefits they bring through Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations. One other role is helping with Korea’s security compliance. You'll help clients understand rules like South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and support them in passing necessary checks. You'll work directly with clients to set up and adjust solutions, check system health, and provide technical guidance. This helps build strong client relationships with good service and clear communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Service Delivery & Validation:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client environments.
• Conduct Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness and tangible benefits of our solutions to clients.
• Provide in-depth technical support and troubleshooting for deployed cybersecurity solutions, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Design cybersecurity solutions for user, network, and cloud protection with no room for error.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture design and operational guides, for implemented solutions.

Customer Engagement & Compliance Support:

• Engage regularly with clients to understand their security landscape, objectives, and evolving requirements. 
• Serve as a trusted advisor for security best practices and technology adoption, building strong client relationships. 
• Perform detailed analysis and risk assessments, considering regulatory and compliance requirements. 

Solution Design & Optimization: 

• Proficiently design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, including managed and professional services, tailored to customer needs and integrated with existing environments. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with the company's technical capabilities. 
• Prepare solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and compliance framework summary guidelines as required. 

Technical Knowledge & Development: 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technology trends, emerging threats, and new cybersecurity and network technologies. 
• Research and analyze competitors' security products, identifying differentiators and positioning our company’s solutions effectively. 

 Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT security fields
• Strong ability to write structured security reports and create reusable report templates
• Able to explain security solutions or technologies to customers in a clear and professional manner, and able to conduct POC or POV for security solutions 
• Experience working in a cloud environment and cloud security will be a value add. 
• Comfortable with basic English communication (verbal and written)

 Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication, especially in professional/technical settings
• Experience with security vendors and products (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler/Netskope, CrowdStrike, Splunk, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with ISMS or ISMS-P compliance projects
• Holding relevant certifications such as CPPG or other security/privacy-related credentials

About the Team

The Catalog Engineering team builds foundational AI and ML systems that structure, validate, and optimize Coupang’s ever-growing product catalog. Our work powers the accuracy, quality, and consistency of catalog data used across Search, Recommendation, Personalization, Ads, and downstream customer experiences.

We innovate in large-scale machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and knowledge-based systems to ensure that Coupang’s catalog remains comprehensive, reliable, and operational at massive scale. We are looking for Staff-level ML Engineers who are passionate about building high-impact, production-grade ML platforms at the core of e-commerce.

Role / Responsibilities

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in Catalog Engineering, you will:

• Architect and develop end-to-end ML systems that improve catalog quality, including product classification, attribute inference, normalization, disambiguation, and product grouping
• Build and optimize large-scale predictive and generative models that operate on billions of product records and attributes
• Design ML pipelines for feature computation, data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring
• Apply state-of-the-art methods in deep learning, representation learning, vector modeling, and similarity search to solve catalog-centric problems
• Partner with engineering, product, data, and platform teams to ensure catalog ML systems integrate effectively into mission-critical workflows
• Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, offline/online validation) to measure and improve model impact
• Establish best practices for ML engineering, including model quality, monitoring, reliability, observability, and MLOps standards
• Provide technical leadership across the ML lifecycle and mentor engineers on system design, modeling approaches, and pipeline development
• Influence the long-term technical roadmap for Catalog Engineering by identifying opportunities for foundational improvements and reusable components

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or applied machine learning
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade, large-scale ML systems
• Deep expertise in ML/AI/deep learning, including model architecture, loss functions, optimization, and statistical modeling
• Strong programming skills in Python and at least one of: Scala, Java, or PySpark
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Significant experience with large-scale data processing (SQL, Spark, data lakes, data warehouses)
• Experience deploying and operating ML systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong track record of leading complex technical initiatives and working with cross-functional partners
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience in e-commerce, catalog systems, product understanding, search, or data quality platforms
• Experience with embedding models, representation learning, vector similarity search, or large-scale clustering
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Weights & Biases, CI/CD for ML)

• Data Applications Engineer: Build use cases that use data - such as risk modelling, fraud detection, customer life-time value.
• Experience with design and implementation of big data technologies such as Spark/Delta, Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
• Maintain and extend production data systems to evolve with complex needs.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
• Deep Specialty Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Experience scaling big data workloads that are performant and cost-effective.
• Experience with Development Tools for CI/CD, Unit and Integration testing, Automation and Orchestration, REST API, BI tools and SQL Interfaces.
• Experience designing data solutions on cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP using best practices in cloud security and networking.
• Experience with ML concepts covering Model Tracking, Model Serving and other aspects of productionizing ML pipelines in distributed data processing environments like Apache Spark, using tools like MLflow.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research)
• Native level Korean is required and Business level English is a plus

In this role, you will help redefine what is possible with observability and security data. As part of the Customer Experience Team you will play an important role in bringing Imply Lumi to life. You will partner closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions and demonstrate how Lumi can unlock new levels of speed, scale and value from their data.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design and present solutions for Imply Lumi that address customer needs in observability, SIEM, and adjacent analytics use cases. 
• Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments, ensuring smooth onboarding, measurable value delivery, and alignment with customer business objectives to drive new and expansion opportunities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during pre-sales and early adoption phases, building customer trust through technical expertise, responsive engagement, and a commitment to long-term success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying optimization opportunities, uncovering additional use cases, and sharing best practices for managing observability and security data at scale.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback, address solution gaps, and influence the Lumi roadmap to improve product-market fit.
• Help achieve revenue targets set by the company
• Keep opportunity information up-to-date in Salesforce and other tools in partnership with the Sales team

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms, including customer-facing work in pre-sales and/or early adoption phases.
• Strong knowledge of observability architectures, log and metrics pipelines, and related tools, with strong Splunk knowledge and familiarity with complementary technologies such as Cribl, Grafana, or Elastic preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), along with working knowledge of SQL, SPL, and a programming language such as Python or Java.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively lead deep discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise solutions that integrate into existing observability stacks while addressing customer challenges and delivering measurable value.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Background in bringing new or emerging products to market, including guiding early customer adoption and shaping product fit.

Bonus Points

• Experience with large-scale log and metrics data storage, compression, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with security analytics, incident response workflows, compliance-related data requirements, and containerized deployments using technologies such as Kubernetes and Helm.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to support effective pre-sales engagement and value-based selling.
• Passion for mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of technical excellence and customer success.
