Creatives are one of the highest-leverage levers in Moloco Ads: they shape what users see, how they interact, and ultimately how much value advertisers extract from our platform. As formats grow more complex (video, playables, rich HTML) and surfaces diversify across exchanges, SDK, and new inventory types, our creative systems must do more than just serve assets — they must learn, adapt, and guide advertisers toward better outcomes.
This space sits at the intersection of ML/bidding, supply, and UI/UX for advertisers. Strong product decisions here directly influence company toplines, ROAS and advertiser retention. At the same time, weak creative strategy can quietly erode performance, create operational noise, and diminish trust in our optimization systems. We need a Staff Product Data Scientist who can bring structure, rigor, and long-term thinking to this inherently noisy problem space.

Position Objective:
The Assistant Project Manager will be supporting the execution of projects, starting with the engineering and procurement phase, and leading up to commercial operation. Qualifying candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in working cohesively across several project support functions including development, engineering, construction, and finance to meet scheduled project completion dates.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and supporting multiple project schedules, budgets, and financial requirements with competing deadlines and resources across companywide functional teams.
• Working with engineers and project managers to document product or contractor specifications and work scopes during planning stages.
• Assisting Project Manager(s) with submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support and close-out documents.

You will own and scale key cross-sell experiences, including systems that power intelligent product recommendations and ranking across SoFi surfaces. You’ll also evaluate and incubate new product opportunities, partnerships, and emerging bets that extend the reach of our Personal Loans platform.
This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear direction in evolving spaces, and is equally comfortable defining strategy and driving execution. The Role
We’re building Commercial Banking from the ground up and are looking for a Director Product Management to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our next-generation business banking platform.
This is a 0→1, company-level role responsible for defining how businesses move and manage money across modern rails — including Wires, ACH, FedNow, and emerging real-time/stablecoin settlement. You will set the vision, drive the roadmap and deliver the experiences and infrastructure that commercial clients need to run their businesses.

We are looking for a highly strategic and technically strong Staff Data Scientist to join the Member Data Science team, focused on driving engagement and long-term member value, specifically for our subscription premium program, SoFi Plus. This role will be responsible for deeply understanding the drivers of engagement, retention, and subscription value across the SoFi ecosystem. You will define and own engagement measurement frameworks, lead high-impact analytical deep dives, design causal experiments, and develop scalable data and modeling solutions that inform product strategy for SoFi Plus.
The Member Organization builds engaging and personalized experiences for our members across our product lines. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will operate as a data thought partner to Product, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, and Leadership. You will shape the engagement roadmap through insights on activation, feature adoption, habit formation, churn risk, subscription upgrades/downgrades, and long-term member value. You will proactively identify the most impactful opportunities to improve subscription engagement and revenue, and ensure we are making disciplined, data-informed investment decisions. This role requires strong technical skills (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Statistics), deep expertise in metrics, segmentation, A/B testing, and strong collaboration.
