The Security Applications & Tools (SAT) team within Lattice Platform Security builds custom software systems that detect, manage, and remediate vulnerabilities across Anduril's product ecosystem at scale. We don't just deploy scanners — we design and build distributed scanning infrastructure, policy enforcement engines, and vulnerability management platforms from the ground up. Our stack includes event-driven architectures on AWS, custom Go services, policy-as-code systems, and integrations that span CI pipelines to production environments.

Job Description

We're looking for a senior software engineer to design and build the systems that keep Anduril's software secure. This is a software engineering role first — you'll architect distributed systems, write production Go and Python, build APIs, and operate services at scale. The domain is security, but the work is building real software: custom scanning orchestration pipelines, policy engines that evaluate thousands of configurations against security rules, and data systems that track vulnerabilities across an entire product ecosystem. If you want to write code that solves hard engineering problems in the security space rather than configure off-the-shelf tools, this is the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed services for vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and remediation workflows
• Develop and extend the team's scanning orchestration platform — an event-driven architecture built on AWS (SQS, Lambda, S3, ECR) that processes scan events at org-wide scale
• Build and maintain policy-as-code systems that programmatically enforce security policy in CI/CD pipelines and deployment configurations
• Design APIs and CLIs that integrate security tooling into developer workflows without creating friction
• Develop data pipelines that aggregate, normalize, and route findings from multiple scanning engines into vulnerability management systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams across Anduril to understand their security needs and build tooling that addresses them
• Evaluate third-party security tools and build custom integrations or replacements where needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for security tooling infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing production software systems
• Strong proficiency in Go — this is the team's primary language for backend services
• Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines (event-driven architectures, message queues, APIs, worker systems)
• Proficiency with Python for scripting, automation, and tooling
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: Lambda, SQS, S3, ECR, or equivalent)
• Ability to read and understand security tool output (vulnerability reports, SBOMs, static analysis results) and build systems around it
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD systems (CircleCI, GitHub Actions) and building integrations for developer workflows
• Familiarity with container security concepts, SBOM generation tools (Syft), and vulnerability scanners (Trivy, Grype, Semgrep)
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with policy-as-code frameworks (OPA/Rego, Conftest)
• Background in application security or product security engineering

• Migrate changes from development/testing environments to production and conduct required smoke testing as needed.

• Adhere to defined coding standards, maintain code documentation and develop well-structured, maintainable/scalable and easy to understand code.
• Determine when Apex code is needed to meet a capability end goal, always striving to seek out low code/no code options when realistic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 - 7 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience, preferably in Sales Cloud. Experience in Government Cloud a preferred.
• Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations including Apex, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Formulas, Flow, Approval Processes, Validation and Assignment Rules etc.
• Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightening Design System (LDS), Lightening Components Development, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proven experience with CI/CD version control systems, including GitHub
• Experience with FFLIB (Apex Common Framework).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in Salesforce environments.
• Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and SSO
• Experienced in Standard/Custom Object creation and relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps tools (i.e.; JIRA, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, etc.)
• A thorough understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment and tools such as GitHub actions.
• Proven ability to assess the impact of new requirements on SFDC and all upstream and downstream applications, flows and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams - including stakeholders and end users.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Strong preference for Salesforce developer certifications - Certified Platform Developer I, and Certified Platform Developer II.

Within Terminal, the Developer Productivity team empowers mobile, full-stack and embedded/firmware engineers to ship high-quality products quickly and safely. We build tools, processes and infrastructure that accelerate engineers across multiple teams. Our work is critical to supporting Stripe’s in-person payment products and, ultimately, to helping increase the GDP of the internet.

We own a diverse tech stack, including build and developer productivity tooling for mobile engineers; release tooling that enables Terminal releases across SDKs, Android apps and firmware; and test automation infrastructure that helps product engineers ensure the quality and reliability of what they ship. As an engineer on this team, you’ll shape and deliver major pieces of this tooling and infrastructure and help raise the bar for developer experience across Terminal.

• Design, build and maintain tools, libraries and infrastructure that improve the productivity of Terminal engineers across mobile, backend and embedded systems.
• Collaborate closely with mobile engineers to understand their workflows and pain points and translate them into practical short-term and long-term solutions.
• Contribute to and improve our build, CI/CD and test automation systems for Terminal SDKs, Android apps and firmware.
• Work with stakeholders across Terminal to prioritize work, balance competing needs and ensure your solutions integrate cleanly into existing workflows.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem discovery and design through implementation, rollout and ongoing operation.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and documentation to maintain a high bar for code quality, reliability and developer experience.
• Mentor other engineers in areas such as build, test and release best practices, helping to spread strong developer productivity practices across the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In your first 30 days, you will:

• Gain a strong understanding of the existing build, cloud, and deployment systems.
• Fix 2–3 defects or small features that improve reliability, reduce friction, or enhance developer workflows.

In your first 60 days, you will:

• Ramp into additional build, embedded, and regression systems.
• Begin asserting ownership over IoT regression infrastructure and ML Ops pipelines.
• Contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure and IaC workflows.

In your first 90 days, you will:

• Remove or significantly reduce dependencies on Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, migrating workloads to Kubernetes.
• Play a key role in enabling ephemeral development environments.
• Take ownership of cloud cost visibility and deliver a reduction plan informed by usage analysis, architectural recommendations, and workload migration opportunities

At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will lead the management and optimization of Hyperproof's Azure-based infrastructure across commercial and FedRAMP regions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute DevOps strategy tailored to all Hyperproof regions, including our FedRAMP-authorized environments.
• Own and evolve our Terraform/Terragrunt IaC pipeline for multi-subscription promotion, including continuous monitoring
• Architect secure, scalable platform infrastructure including GitHub Actions, GitLab, and ADO CI/CD pipelines with security gates, Kubernetes environments, observability systems, and compliance automation that enables developer  velocity while maintaining continuous compliance posture.
• Support FedRAMP authorization activities: contribute to SSP documentation, NIST 800-53  control implementations, 3PAO coordination, and readiness assessments while establishing  repeatable processes.
• Lead the design and security implementation of our Seattle-based on-premise build/test platform. You will ensure that physical hardware configurations (firmware, networking, and storage layout) maintain parity with our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) patterns while meeting strict SOC 2 compliance standards for local developer workflows.
• Establish security and compliance architecture patterns across encryption, network  segmentation, secrets management, supply chain security, and incident response.
• Drive technical decisions and technology selection for cloud platforms, compliance tooling, and security controls.
• Mentor and raise the technical bar across engineering teams through architecture reviews,  design discussions, and establishing FedRAMP best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required:

• U.S. citizenship, residing and working from within the United States.*

• 5+ years of extensive experience in SRE, DevSecOps or Platform engineering roles, with a focus on managing  Azure-based infrastructure.

As a Staff Software Architect within the Product organization, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering the next suite of services that power the PitchBook platform. As a Staff Software Architect within the Product organization, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering the next suite of services that power the PitchBook platform. • Work alongside data scientists and AI specialists to evaluate and optimize prompt strategies, fine-tune models, and implement organization-specific AI enhancements.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce engineering experience and 3+ years delivering AI or automation solutions at scale within enterprise environments.
• Proven success modernizing legacy Salesforce orgs and implementing scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue (CPQ).
• AI & Automation:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud; practical AI engineering skills in prompt design, tool calling, RAG/grounding, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
• Technical Skills:
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce (for legacy support).
  • Proficiency in Python for AI service development, including FastAPI/Flask APIs, evaluation scripts, and LLM endpoint integration.
  • Strong API design and integration experience with Salesforce (bi-directional, streaming, and external APIs).
  • CI/CD experience using SFDX and modern tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Data Architecture:
  • Experience designing and managing data across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and other business systems including identity resolution, data sharing, and segment activation.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior System Engineer, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation scripts using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Develop lightweight APIs, CLI tools, and web utilities to enhance developer productivity and system reliability.
• Implement and manage API integrations between internal systems and external services (e.g., GitHub, Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, or internal APIs).
• Experiment with and build AI-powered developer tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other LLM APIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams to streamline developer workflows, deployments, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues, ensuring smooth operation across environments.
• Write clear documentation and onboard teammates to the tools you create.
• Participate in design reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to unit and integration testing for tools and APIs.
