As a Geo Hunter Account Executive on Databricks' Healthcare Sales Team, you are an accomplished sales professional experienced in selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You know how to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to Customers and System Integrators. Always looking for new opportunities, you will close new accounts. Along with the chance to close exciting deals and solve meaningful problems, we also offer accelerators above 100% quota attainment.

As an Controller, you will own all accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes while contributing to the growth and operational maturity of a high-growth, private equity-backed business. You will drive timely financial operations, implement scalable systems, and support audits and compliance. In addition, you will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the organization including but not limited to employee management/administration, new business and growth initiatives, and contract administration. You will serve as a crucial operator and thought partner within the business both as a leader for its employees, as well as a representative of the holding company. We are looking for someone who is excited to own the numbers, excel in an entrepreneurial environment supported by proven playbooks, and who has a can-do attitude to truly operate and manage a growing business.
This role will report to the CEO in South Carolina, and will be expected to work Eastern hours.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:
The Program Manager, Content & Communications plays a critical role in enabling a luxury customer experience by developing clear, engaging, and effective content for both member services agents and members. This role is responsible for training content creation, agent-facing knowledge resources, and member-facing help content.
This role partners closely with MS Training, MS Operations, and MS Operations Excellence teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, scalable, and aligned with both operational needs and luxury brand standards.
