We are seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead and develop a globally distributed team of Program and Project Managers within PagerDuty's Professional Services organization. This role is primarily a people leadership position, responsible for building team capability, driving delivery consistency, and enabling measurable customer outcomes at scale. The Manager, Program Management partners closely with Professional Services leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional operations teams to ensure the PM team is well-equipped, effectively deployed, and delivering high-quality outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

The Senior PagerDuty - Forward Deployment Engineering Consultant is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of PagerDuty's platform and AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
This position requires experience in software development, architecture, and deployment, coupled with a deep technical understanding of AI integration practices and advanced development technologies.
The successful candidate will guide fast implementation projects, leveraging generative AI and automation to enhance customer outcomes from initial scoping and design through to production deployment and ongoing service enhancement.

About the team/role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role involves integrating a recently acquired background check product into the Checkr ecosystem and developing it into a solid foundation for a comprehensive identity verification solution.
The Staff Software Engineer will oversee the near-term integration of newly acquired background check solutions into Checkr. Responsibilities include working on data vendor integrations and developing the system into a long-term identity verification platform. The current background check solution includes multiple public APIs, public and internal portals, and numerous microservices.

El/la estratega senior de Influencer Marketing será responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias innovadoras y de alto impacto para alcanzar los objetivos de nuestros clientes (conocimiento, engagement, conversión, etc.). - Gestión y ejecución de campañas: supervisar la planificación y ejecución de las campañas de influencers; desarrollar briefs detallados para influencers; monitorear activamente las campañas en curso; gestionar el presupuesto asignado.
- Análisis y optimización: analizar el rendimiento de las campañas utilizando herramientas avanzadas de analítica y plataformas de influencers; liderar la elaboración de informes para el cliente; identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer optimizaciones basadas en datos para futuras campañas.

About the team/role:
This Salesforce Administrator role sits within Corporate Engineering, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue and Customer Systems. Our team is focused on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the entire Revenue and Support organization by owning the architecture, design, build, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. This is a hybrid role based out of our Santiago, Chile office.
