Responsabilidades:

Utilizar habilidades de frontend para construir componentes efectivos en React.js que puedan usarse en todo Checkr.

Diseñar y mejorar la arquitectura de sistema de nuestra plataforma que impulsa los productos de Screening de Checkr.

Colaborar con ingenieros Staff y Principales para influir y ejecutar nuestros diseños técnicos.

Comunicarse eficazmente con los ingenieros de todo Checkr que dependen de la funcionalidad que estás construyendo: ¡ellos serán tus clientes principales!

Redactar documentación clara sobre cómo interactuar con las funcionalidades que construyes, aplicaciones y buenas prácticas de software.

Lo que aportas:

Inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado. Reportas a tu jefatura que está en USA y el proceso de entrevistas técnicas es dirigido por los desarrolladores de San Francisco y Denver).

6+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software full-stack.

Dominio de los siguientes lenguajes y tecnologías: Ruby, JavaScript (React.js), HTML, CSS, protocolos HTTP y Regex.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar híbrido 3x2 en Santiago (oficina ubicada en torre gran costanera).
Requisitos indispensables:

Sólida comprensión de los fundamentos de Ciencias de la Computación, tales como: bases de datos relacionales, estructuras de datos y algoritmos, ORM (Object Relational Mapping) y APIs REST.

Sólidas prácticas de desarrollo utilizando TDD (Test Driven Development), DDD (Domain Driven Design) y programación funcional u orientada a objetos.

Experiencia con bases de datos no relacionales (MongoDB, Redis).

Experiencia con microservicios (y patrones como Event Sourcing o API Gateways).

Part Time Contract Recruiter - 100% Remote
Looking for a talented, high-energy Recruiter to assist in recruiting high-quality talent for our growing company. This is a part time role that is 100% remote!
What you will do:
The Corporate Recruiter will primarily recruit the best talent in the market through multiple means including networking, screening resumes, cold calling, etc. At times this role may involve managing outside agencies and additional HR responsibilities such as assisting with corporate training and employee development.
- Recruit candidates directly through multiple means: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and any other creative method to hire top talent. Continuous recruiting will be necessary at all times to ensure a continual pipeline of candidates in all departments to support future growth.
- Screen all candidates through HR system and maintain system daily to keep it up to date.
- Hire and manage search firms to recruit the best talent.
- Train all managers and executives on how to network for and recruit the best talent.
- Additional consulting responsibilities may include assisting in selection of new HR technology, corporate training and employee development, and compensation planning.
- Assist with updating HR policy.
About you:
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
- Strong preference for candidates with a mix of agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly those who intend to pursue freelancing as a long-term career path.
- This position is expected to average 20–30 hours per week; however, hours will fluctuate based on business needs and are not guaranteed week to week.

Transaction Coordinator
House Buyers of America is looking for a remote Transaction Coordinator to ensure all acquisitions and dispositions go to settlement in a timely manner. This position a contract role (no benefits included) requiring work to be done 8:30-5:30 EST Monday- Friday. The compensation range is $10-15/hr USD.
What you will do:
- Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to ensure properties get on market quickly
- Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process
- Review and enter contracts/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly
- Manage relationships with title companies and ensure that all settlements are being processed timely
- Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties
- Partner with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed prior to listing
- Assist House Buyers of America’s expansion into new geographic markets
About You:
- You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
- You have a High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
