SoFi is building out a new team to develop crypto products and services for our members.  Recent developments made a path for SoFi to begin to re-enter the space and expand on our product offerings with intuitive, secure and fully featured products across crypto Investing, Transfers, Payments, Custody and beyond.

What you'll need

• 8+ years programming experience, with significant experience in modern day languages and familiarity with AI tools.
• Expert understanding and hands-on experience building and operating large-scale fault-tolerant distributed systems, workflows, databases and mobile/web applications
• Expertise with Java / Spring / Kotlin / PostgreSQL / AWS. Expertise with any modern Java frameworks, REST APIs, and relational databases

About The Role

We’re building the infrastructure for AI agents that actually do things — trade, transact, collaborate, and operate autonomously. Our products (NEAR AI Cloud, OpenClaw, IronClaw, NEAR Intents, and the AI Agent Marketplace) are shipping fast, and we need someone who can turn that momentum into structured, repeatable launches that drive real growth. You’ll be our first dedicated product marketer. That means you’re not inheriting a playbook — you’re writing it.

What You’ll Do

This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and works daily with our Chief Product Officer, Head of Product, Head of Engineering, and Director of BD. You’ll own product marketing across the entire portfolio — not a single product line, all of them.

• Build the commercial map: Conduct rigorous market research to define our TAM, SAM, and SOM across multiple AI agent verticals, ensuring our GTM efforts are focused on the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Own go-to-market strategy and execution for every product launch. Build the launch playbook from scratch, run it, improve it, repeat.
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that make complex AI infrastructure products clear and compelling to developers, enterprises, and early adopters.
• Write first-draft content — blog posts, landing pages, launch briefs, case studies — then coordinate with writers and cross-functional partners to refine.
• Drive top-of-funnel growth and qualified lead generation. You’re measured on pipeline impact, not just “brand awareness.”
• Be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, BD, and the market. You translate what we’re building into why anyone should care.
• Use AI tools in your daily work. We’re an AI company — we expect you to use AI to move faster, draft better, and think bigger. If you’re not already using LLMs to accelerate your workflows, this isn’t the right fit.
• This role is based in San Francisco and requires being onsite at least 3 days a week.

Your First 90 Days

By the end of your first quarter, you should have:

• Delivered a data-driven market segmentation report that defines our current winnable market (SOM) and identifies the specific "wedge" use cases for our next two product launches.
• Owned and shipped at least one structured product launch end-to-end, with a documented playbook that the team can reference and reuse.
• Established draft positioning and messaging across all four product lines — not perfect, but directional and in-market.
• Built working relationships with Product, Engineering, and BD leadership so that launches feel coordinated, not chaotic.

By 12 Months

• A repeatable launch engine that accelerates velocity across all products.
• Clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with developers and enterprise buyers.
• Measurable contribution to product-market fit discovery across the portfolio.
• Qualified lead growth you can point to and say “that was us.”

Who You Are

• Strategic & Analytical: You have a proven track record of moving from broad market research to specific TAM/SOM modeling, using those insights to architect GTM strategies that actually move the needle on revenue.
• You’ve used LLMs to accelerate market sizing or competitive intelligence, e.g., automating TAM sizing, developing lead lists, synthesizing thousands of developer forum posts, or analyzing competitor pricing pages at scale.
• 6-10 years of product marketing experience, ideally at B2B SaaS and/or AI-focused companies.
• You’ve built launch processes from scratch — not just followed someone else’s template.
• Strong writing chops. You can produce a solid first draft of a blog post, landing page, or launch brief without waiting for a copywriter.
• Comfortable with technical products. You don’t need to write code, but you can read docs, talk to engineers, and translate features into customer value.
• High initiative and comfort with ambiguity. You don’t wait to be told what’s next.
• You actively use AI tools in your work and are excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible with them.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems (but not required — AI and SaaS experience matters more).
• Experience in a consumer + B2B hybrid product environment.

Where You Might Be Coming From

You might be the first or second PMM at a Series A–C AI or developer tools company. Maybe you’re at a place like Vercel, Replit, Hugging Face, Scale AI, or a similar startup where you built the launch function from scratch and now want to do it again at a company where the products are even more ambitious. Or you’re at a larger company and itching to get back to the stage where your work has outsized impact.

Heads Up — This Role Isn’t For Everyone

If you need established processes to plug into, a single product to focus on, or a manager who tells you exactly what to do every day — this isn’t the right role. We’re early stage and moving fast. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Crypto Product and Invest teams to build the visual and interactive layer for two of our most ambitious initiatives: the SoFi Exchange Network (SEN) and our industry-first SoFiUSD stablecoin.

Beyond core infrastructure, we are redefining how members grow their wealth through algorithmic trading and AI. You will build the interfaces that millions of members use to build and invest in automated trading strategies — bringing "quant-grade" tools to the everyday investor.

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own the quality engineering function end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for designing automation frameworks, setting standards, and embedding quality into every step of the development lifecycle. As a core member of the team, you will not be a seat at the back of the sprint, but will work closely with engineers, product, and design to ship reliable, production-grade Web3 experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to define how humans interact with the next generation of the web. You will work at the bleeding edge of AI, crypto intents, and commerce, translating deep technical infrastructure into intuitive, consumer-ready, and enterprise-grade experiences.

In this role, your primary focus will be designing the IronClaw platform and NEAR AI Cloud. You aren't just designing screens for humans to click; you are designing the interfaces where humans provision, monitor, and trust autonomous AI agents with their data and their money. You will also dedicate time to ecosystem initiatives, including our Agent Marketplace and Decentralized Confidential Machine Learning (DCML) networks.

You’ll work closely with product managers, protocol engineers, and AI researchers to shape the UX of the unified commerce layer.

What You’ll Work On

• IronClaw Platform: Design the end-to-end zero-to-one experience for developers, enterprises, and consumers to create, deploy, and manage secure AI agents.
• NEAR AI Cloud & GPU Marketplace: Design clean, powerful dashboards for developers to manage confidential inference, rent attestable GPUs, and monitor agent hosting.
• Agentic UI & Intents: Invent new UX paradigms for "Agentic Commerce." How does a user visualize what their agent is doing in the background (e.g., booking flights, trading DeFi, negotiating with solvers) without being overwhelmed by technical logs?

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the design lifecycle from concept to production, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity dev-ready designs.
• Create intuitive and scalable interfaces that align with NEAR’s design principles, bridging the gap between Web3 sovereignty and Web2 ease-of-use.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, telemetry data, and the shifting constraints of cutting-edge LLMs and TEE hardware.
• Communicate design ideas effectively across highly technical engineering, research, and product teams.
• Maintain and evolve the NEAR AI design system to ensure consistency across the Agent Market, Cloud, IronClaw, and ecosystem tools.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product design experience, ideally in AI, developer tools (DevTools), Web3/blockchain, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Systems Thinker: Strong ability to design complex systems simply - translating deep technical ideas (like confidential computing or decentralized solvers) into clear, delightful user journeys.
• Prototyping Mastery: Proven experience creating interactive prototypes, flows, and visual design systems in Figma or directly via Claude Code, etc.
• Start-up DNA: Experience working in small, fast-moving, highly technical teams. Comfortable working on ambiguous, zero-to-one projects and iterating quickly.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration skills across disciplines and time zones. You know how to debate UX with a protocol engineer.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of AI Agents (LLM reasoning loops, tool-use, memory) and how they differ from standard LLM chat interfaces.
• Familiarity with Web3 UX patterns (wallet connections, signing intents, gas abstraction).
• Familiarity with cryptography, Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), or confidential computing concepts.
• Ability to jump into frontend code (React/Tailwind) to fix or polish UI flows.

• 6+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles.

• Track record of building GTM functions, not just running existing playbooks
• Strong understanding of crypto trading infrastructure, including DEXs, aggregators, liquidity, and MEV.
• Direct experience with the Solana ecosystem and Solana-based trading platforms.
• Proven track record of driving user growth, trading volume, or distribution for a DeFi product.
• Experience leading business development, partnerships, or integrations in Web3.
• Deep familiarity with crypto culture, trader behavior, and web3 incentives.
