The FPGA Engineer for our Products line is responsible for assisting in the design of cutting-edge components for space and national security applications including Software Defined Radios, Digital Processing Systems, Space Rated Cameras, Star Trackers and Laser Communications.
The position reports to the VP of Product Design and is part of the Engineering department. This role is onsite and based in San Diego, CA.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $185,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Team Manager to lead a small, high impact engineering team developing mixed-signal products that combine an extensive RF front end with an FPGA-based digital subsystem. This person will own end-to-end hardware delivery—from architecture and design through validation, manufacturing handoff, and successful product shipment.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable doing deep technical work and guiding others. You’ll drive technical decisions, enforce disciplined engineering execution, and ensure boards are tested, reliable, and delivered on schedule. Demonstrated experience shipping products to production are required.
At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $240,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

The Role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager focused on Aerospace & Defense (A&D) prime contractors to drive revenue growth and long-term account expansion within a defined set of high-value customers.
This role is ideal for a technically fluent sales professional with 3–4 years of experience in Test & Measurement or instrumentation, who understands the buying dynamics, program structures, and qualification processes typical of large A&D organizations. You will manage complex sales cycles involving engineering, program management, procurement, and executive stakeholders, positioning Liquid Instruments as a strategic technology partner across development, test, and production environments.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales.
