Shift Requirement: This role requires an 8-hour shift between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with rotating days off per week.

In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to 24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy a $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

About the Role:
As a Customer Advocate, Dealership Operations, you will be the face of Carvana and CDJR, owning the end-to-end customer experience for both walk-in and appointment-based shoppers in our Sacramento showroom. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a world-class, customer-first vehicle buying experience in a transparent, single-price, no-haggle, and low-pressure environment—a core part of what makes Carvana different.

Job Summary

This role focuses on renewal production, retention, and technical expertise within contractor insurance programs. The Senior Renewal Specialist serves as a knowledgeable resource within the department, leveraging product expertise and industry experience to support renewal processing, assist with complex scenarios, and contribute to operational improvements when appropriate. The primary focus of the role is general liability renewal production and retention.

Job Summary
The New Business Agent is a production-focused sales role centered on General Liability insurance. You will handle inbound leads, underwrite and quote policies, and guide contractors through the bind process. You will also field inbound calls across other product lines including surety bonds and Workers Compensation as volume dictates.
This is a hybrid role with 1 day WFH. The remaining days will be onsite in our Sacramento office, 9am-6pm PST.
Additionally, this role offers a competitive base with performance-based commission for producing agents.
