Anduril is fielding the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of seabed exploration. Anduril has brought to the market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth platform, and a completely refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from "large" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. Today, Anduril is executing on multi-million-dollar contracts while simultaneously performing Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will play be responsible for working hands-on with our engineering team on a multi-disciplinary workflow to deliver world class AUVs. This will require building complex electromechanical assemblies and integrating them into the final product!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists on AUV assembly and integration efforts
- Build, integrate, and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies into our world class AUVs
- Routing and servicing high-reliability cabling and wiring harnesses
- Design, prototype, and scale manufacturing jigs and fixtures to improve build and test efficiency
- Fabricate and modify machined parts and COTS components
- Contribute to all stages of the vehicle product development and manufacturing life cycle and provide feedback to the engineering team
- Help develop, document, and improve our workflows
- Help organize and establish our on-site manufacturing workflow
- Potential of traveling offshore to support our operations team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a mechanical field (automotive/marine, aerospace, industrial equipment)
- Familiar with simple fabrication processes, basic hand tools, and both plastic/metal part manufacturing

- Experience working off of technical documentation and engineering drawings

- Experience in sub-sea robotics (AUVs, UUVs, underwater equipment)
- Previous experience hoisting equipment or MA state hoisting license (overhead gantry, rigging)
- Experience working with electrical components up to 400VDc
- Proficiency with electrical debug including use of tools such as a digital multimeter
- Machining and/or 3D printing experience
US Hourly Range
Manufacturing Technician/Level 2: $25 - $38/hour
Manufacturing Technician/Level 3: $22 - $28/hour

Under the general direction of the Materials Operations Supervisors, the Materials Specialist maintains the warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials. This person will be working with the Maintenance Department at the station to ensure adequate supply of materiel for aircraft maintenance and ensure material needs are met throughout the organization. Material Specialists work with others to execute logistics in a detail-oriented, dynamic, and safe environment.
Starting pay is $18.50
*$2.00 shift differential added when working from 9:00PM - 7:30AM
Here’s what you’ll do
- Responsible for daily oversight of Material Stores and Line Material operations
- Oversee and problem-solve issues associated with inventory accuracy, parts issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking, material handling, and equipment
- Responsible for warehouse operations of Technical and Non-Technical inventory
- Perform data entry into the company inventory system to include locating, issuing, receiving, shipping of materials, warehousing of supplies, tools, and materials
- Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) for movement of inventory, tooling, and special equipment for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
- Monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate stock level adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and/or other departments within the company
- Perform inventory audits, inspections, inventory reconciliations, and maintain compliance with the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
- Conduct physical inventory, ensuring adherence to minimum and maximum stock levels
- Work in conjunction with Maintenance and Quality departments to complete calibrated tooling, Shelf-Life audits, and replacements for monthly regulatory compliance
- Perform periodic receiving inspection functions as assigned to by Quality Control
- Prepare Hazmat material shipments in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning to prepare fleet modification kits
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Materials
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- 1 yr minimum experience with data entry or inventory management
- Strong technical and analytical background to provide TRAX, Excel, and other reports
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a driving record that meets Breeze Airways standards
- Ability to drive company vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other Ground Service Equipment (GSE)
- Pass Materials and the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training courses
- Pass and ship Dangerous Goods (DG) International Air Transport Association (IATA) and ground course and maintain recurrent training for both certifications
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Operate 5K & 15K forklifts to coordinate shipping and handling of aircraft engines and GSE equipment
- Pass a ten (10) year background check and criminal history records check (CHRC)
- Valid Passport with no restrictions to travel outside of the United States
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge in accordance with TSA requirements
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and / or US Customs security badges.

- Must be at least 18 years of age

About the role:
Anduril is seeking a Supply Planner to join our team in Quonset, Rhode Island. The Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). The Supply Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods and contributing to the strategic supply network development of Anduril’s product hardware, across their life cycles. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build.
The right person for this role can demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment such as defence manufacturing, aircraft maintenance or advanced technology manufacturing environments. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the accurate planning and on-time delivery of both raw material to internal assembly lines as well as finished goods to customers
- Support day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management for product lines
- Identify supply issues, flag with the appropriate owners across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and drive resolution
- Own the reporting and analysis of supply and material health and ensure that stakeholders have the inputs they need to make decisions across Engineering (cut-in dates for new designs), Purchasing (signals on what to buy), Manufacturing (signals on being clear-to-build and what to build), Business Development (supply overview to drive customer contracts)
- Work closely with the Sourcing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering team to source components, maintain vendor relationships, and develop make vs. buy strategies
- Facilitate discussions with Business Development and Growth teams to review unconstrained forecasts and get to constrained demand plans that are achievable
- Develop and maintain processes for working within MRP and the associated master data
- Support all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years past experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in either a supply chain or production-type role where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies were built
- Demonstrated ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish, coordinating among multiple different internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
- Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
- Prior knowledge of Netsuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or other related technical degree. Advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred
- Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance (status not required at time of hire)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience interacting with SQL databases - storage of information and building custom queries for tracking production and inventory-related metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any technical field including mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering, supply chain, or business with a technical minor or concentration.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma principles in action

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Test Technician to join our team at our Quonset, RI facility. In this role you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics, specifically for our Dive-XL. You will play a key role in delivering our AUVs to our customers by working hands-on with our engineering team in a multi-disciplinary environment to scale our AUV production globally. This role will be testing complex electromechanical assemblies, testing final products, and leading a skilled team of technicians.
Please note: This role requires international travel to Australia for 1 month for onboarding for knowledge transfer and training, as well as a 2-4 week stay at Anduril HQ within the first 90 days for additional training.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Lead Test Technician will report to the Production Supervisor and lead/work alongside other test technicians
- Work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and operations team on pressure vessel assembly and test as part overall AUV production integration
- While executing manufacturing operations, apply a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair
- Prioritize work activities for operators to achieve on time delivery goals. Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines. Ensure they are working on the right thing at the right time
- Ability to work on the line, provide training, and support new operator onboarding as required
- Perform configuration tasks to flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices.
- Build, test, and integrate complex electrical and mechanical assemblies into our world class AUVs
- Execute on detailed sub-system End-of-Line (EOL) tests from prepared procedures
- Perform incoming quality inspection testing on PCBA’s
- Proficient at troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronics and integrated circuits to the component level.
- Help develop, document, and improve the pressure vessel production process
- 5S work areas, perform part inspections, close out work order, and follow safety best practices
- Support management of tools, equipment, and lab supplies (maintenance, calibrations, raw material stock)
- Build a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes product knowledge, skills development, and X-training

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in electronics and test working in relevant fields such as robotics, defense, or aerospace
- Solid background in electronics/software working in relevant fields (Robotics, Defense, Avionics)
- Have experience with programming/testing a wide range of sensors, actuators, and electrical components
- Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems (LabVIEW, Test Stand, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, SHELL, or others
- Experience with computer hardware communication protocols: USB, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc
- Are well versed with complex electromechanical systems and are passionate about understanding what it takes to make them work reliably
- Prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in preparing and executing test procedures with high levels of attention to detail
- Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts
- Experience working from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with basic electrical test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, etc.

The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. We develop cutting-edge Quality processes and methods to secure scalable, long-term business success.
As the lead of the Quality function for Maritime’s Dive-XL, you will work inside and outside the organization to develop strategies, define and execute plans, and implement processes that deliver reliable products. The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with the manufacturing engineering, production, and development engineers to support the quality of the integration process for components such as underwater sensors/equipment, PCBAs, cables, wiring harness, actuators, machined parts and structures, etc. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Partner with development engineers to create, define, develop, and implement inspection systems.
- Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product build and inspection requirements to meet our customer quality requirements.
- Lead the non-conformance review (NCR) process for vehicle integration: Identify defects and flaws in vehicle and subsystem assembly, identify issues and implement corrective actions, and support the usage of coordinate systems, envelopes, and interfaces for system integration.
- Lead the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process for integration, incident management system and Material Review Board (MRB) activities for defense programs, while owning containments for prototype builds and production.
- Support the incoming inspection processes and integration process for quality documentation, planning, and metrics for effectiveness.
- Build and manage the quality engineering team for the Dive-XL production line.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware and software systems
- 5+ years experience working in a AS9100 regulated environment
- Experience managing and building a quality team
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within the aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
- Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems in a certified AS9100 enterprise
- Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Change Management, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background

We are seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. Here you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics. The Lead Electronics Technician will report to the Production Supervisor and work alongside other Electronics Technicians, leading technician staff in the production and delivery of Pressure Vessels through testing. You will play a key role in delivering our AUVs to our customers by working hands-on with our engineering team on a multi-disciplinary environment to scale our AUV production globally. This role will include building complex electromechanical assemblies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process shipping and receiving at our Quonset, RI location
- Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
- Prepare all documentation for outbound shipments: Bill of Lading, Packing List and Commercial Invoice as required
- Key person to ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move
- Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution
- Complete cycle counts with a focus on reconciliation of all discrepancies
- Conduct all warehouse activities with safety and inventory accuracy as a top priorities

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will work across Anduril to ensure we are supporting our engineering teams in swiftly and sustainably building products that meet our client’s needs. The right person for this role has a track record of leading Supply Chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment and a no-task-too-little that is critical for growing an organization from the ground up. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as both the strategic leader for all Supply Chain-related work across the company and a tactical doer to help us improve as we grow. You will be the first local Supply Chain hire in Quonset for the Maritime Undersea Dominance product line as we build out the team over time.
- Build out and run a strategic sourcing and commodity management function for the US based supply chain, helping Anduril’s NPI and production products meet their needs. You will interact with every part of the bill of materials and will need to leverage an expansive set of cross-discipline knowledge and be able to climb the curve quickly on materials, parts, suppliers, and manufacturing processes that are less familiar to you.
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to execute both tactical-level PO and inventory management as well as the formation of a Supply Chain strategy that meets critical business and financial benchmarks.
- Own the supplier relationships, holding our suppliers accountable to supplier agreements and ensuring best in class service.
- Oversee our planning, purchasing, and inventory workflows and staffing, working with our existing team leads on prioritization, staffing, hiring, managing our progress toward goals, and managing our execution on key metrics.
- Build out the necessary benchmarks, track quality-related metrics, and establish KPIs to understand how our Supply Chain team is impacting our product development and business.
- Experience with AS9100D guidelines.
- Be a partner to Anduril’s executive team on all aspects of Supply Chain strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Anduril is fielding the next generation of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of seabed exploration. Anduril has brought to the market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth platform, and a completely refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from "large" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. Today, Anduril is executing on multi-million-dollar contracts while simultaneously performing Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our new team in Quonset, RI. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing/Production teams, and be responsible for learning and executing detailed inspection processes necessary to ensure a quality product in a timely manner. Some of the daily duties will include inspecting incoming materials, equipment, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Additionally, you'll investigate/troubleshoot product and production issues, take corrective action as well as implement standards/specifications/processes cross-functionally with Quality Teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection.
- Support Material review board processes.
- Propose, develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures and review with the product quality engineers
- Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.
- Support the calibration process
- Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM etc.)
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings (wire diagrams, work instructions, CAD)
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing
- Experience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies
- Experience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (Power Supplies, PCBs, wire-harnesses)
- Experience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standard
- Experience with communicating with suppliers and cross functional teams
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical or Associates degree in related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field
- IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification
- Experience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD)
- Experience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment
- Detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of First Article Inspection requirements and processes
- Experience with validation and testing assemblies and their components
- Experience operating overhead crane and moving large assemblies

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for performing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations of Breeze aircraft, including troubleshooting, performing run-up and taxi procedures, and signing mechanical flight releases. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports to a Line Maintenance Supervisor and carries out instructions as assigned in accordance with FAA regulations and Breeze policy and procedures.
As certified AMTs, you have an important role to ensure the safety of our fellow Breeze Team members and Guests as well as the airworthiness of our fleet.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Perform all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
- Responsible and accountable for all work performed
- Complete all appropriate Breeze forms on all work assigned and performed
- Properly handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft while in the repair process
- Ensure that all documentation is kept current as to open discrepancies and completed corrective actions
- Complete all associated and required documentation for all maintenance work performed or inspections conducted accurately and correctly
- Submit personal OJT Task Cards on time and accurately
- Maintain the work area in a safe, clean, and operative condition and ensure all tools are accounted for at completion of all assigned tasks
- Properly care for and use tooling and equipment used for aircraft maintenance
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and all other appropriate Team Members of any condition that would compromise the airworthiness of Breeze aircraft
- Maintain a valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, or Repairman Certificate, and keep the certificate available for inspection by the FAA, NTSB, or Breeze Supervisor/Manager
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Leadership, MOC, and/or DOM
- Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence
Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions
- Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must have the ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
- Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
- Must be willing to travel 20% of the time
- Must be willing to work with other departments within the company as needed
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge in accordance with TSA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations including FAR part 121 operations
- Experience maintaining Embraer E-Jet and/or Airbus A220 family aircraft
- Familiar with an airline Maintenance Information System (MIS) such as TRAX
- Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance or Business Degree preferred
