- Diseñar e implementar pipelines CI/CD confiables.
- Administrar y optimizar Kubernetes y Docker en cloud y on‑prem.
- Automatizar procesos de pruebas, despliegues y monitoreo.
- Configurar y gestionar recursos cloud (redes, storage, cómputo).
- Integrar prácticas de seguridad en cada etapa del desarrollo.
- Gestionar repositorios y promover buenas prácticas de código.
- Implementar estrategias de SRE para asegurar disponibilidad y rendimiento.
- Administrar configuraciones con Ansible, Chef o Puppet.
- Liderar decisiones técnicas y optimización de arquitecturas mixtas

Senior Machine Learning Engineers at Thoughtworks build, maintain and test the architecture and infrastructure for managing machine learning applications. They are involved in supporting and contributing to the design of the end-to-end applications and products. They are responsible for building core capabilities including technical and functional machine learning systems and applications, being the anchor for functional streams of work and are accountable for timely delivery.
As a senior machine learning engineer, you will work on the latest tools, frameworks and offerings while also being involved in enabling credible and collaborative problem solving to execute on a strategy.
Job responsibilities
- You will contribute to design and drive the development of robust scalable architectures and infrastructure for deploying and managing machine learning (ML) applications, ensuring high availability, performance and security.
- You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into effective and efficient ML systems and applications.
- You will own the development and maintenance of core functionalities within ML applications, including ML pipelines, model training and deployment, and monitoring and evaluation.
- You will drive the functional stream of work by providing technical expertise, handling team discussions and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Job qualifications
Technical Skills
- An advanced English level is required.
- You must have a strong experience with LLM and AI.
- You have experience in writing clean, maintainable and testable code, demonstrating attention to refactoring and readability of the code.
- You are proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation and task streamlining.
- You have knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures to handle large-scale ML applications.
- You have experience with building, deploying, and maintaining ML systems using relevant ML techniques and platforms, i.e.: Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Pytorch.
- You have experience with building, deploying and maintaining ML systems and experience with application of MLOps principles and CI/CD to ML.
- You have experience in machine learning engineering and data science, are familiar with key ML concepts, algorithms and frameworks, and understand ML model lifecycles.
- You have experience with designing and operating the infrastructure required to run different types of ML training and serving workloads, i.e.: on-premise vs. cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, monitoring, etc.
- You have hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud services for building and deploying ML pipelines, i.e.: Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks and associated ML managed services.

Principales responsabilidades:
- Analizar la necesidad basado en definiciones y diseños recibidos.
- Participar en la etapa de diseño de Ingeniería de la solución con altos estándares de eficiencia y alineadas a la visión de Arquitectura de Datos.
- Desarrollo y despliegue de productos de datos como: ETLs, ELTs, APIs, que permitan disponibilizar información, observando estándares y herramientas provistas por banco así como buenas prácticas de Desarrollo (como Clean Code) que garanticen soluciones eficientes (en términos de consumo de recursos y tiempos de respuesta), efectivas, legibles y de fácil mantenimiento en el tiempo.
- Aplicar estrategias de validación que permitan verificar la correcta implementación de criterios funcionales y no funcionales.
- Aplicar procesos de mejora continua de los productos en desarrollo.
Requerimientos:
- Gestión de base de datos y experiencia en tareas de optimización de: Scripts, SPs y otros objetos destinados al tratamiento de datos.
- Modelamiento de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales
- Experiencia en construcción de: Datawarehouse, Datamarts y Datalake.
- Familiaridad con los diferentes componentes y su interacción en tecnologías Cloud orientadas a soluciones Big Data.
- Construcción de ETLs, ELTs y gestión de información con grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Buenas prácticas y principios de desarrollo como Clean Code.
- Conocimiento de marcos de trabajo ágiles y estrategias DataOps
- Estrategias de testing orientado a Datos tanto para pruebas funcionales y como no funcionales.
- Formación en sistemas de ficheros distribuidos como Hadoop, HDFS o Spark.

- Implementar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas para componentes frontend, backend y servicios.
- Diseñar, consumir y validar APIs REST y GraphQL.
- Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, end-to-end y validación de flujos críticos (onboarding, pagos, biometría).
- Colaborar en revisiones de código relacionadas con automatización y calidad.
- Utilizar Appium para pruebas automatizadas en aplicaciones React Native.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a incidencias derivadas de pruebas.
- Trabajar junto a equipos de UX, Desarrollo, QA y DevOps para asegurar coherencia técnica.
- Más de 4 años de experiencia trabajando con TypeScript.
- Conocimientos en aplicaciones desarrolladas con React y NestJS.
- Experiencia en pruebas sobre APIs GraphQL y REST.
- Experiencia en procesos de CI/CD e integración de pruebas en pipelines.
- Ejecución de pruebas funcionales, de integración y end-to-end.
- Uso de Appium para automatización en apps React Native.
- Validación de flujos críticos (onboarding, pagos, biometría).
- Formación en Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines, con base en arquitectura, DevOps y Cloud.
- Competencias: adaptabilidad, pensamiento analítico, colaboración, orientación a resultados.
- Años de experiencia: 3 a 5.
