What you’ll get to do:

You will play a key role in shaping digital products and services end-to-end, working across the full design spectrum—from early discovery and experience definition through to polished, high-fidelity UI execution—while leading design thinking across complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces.

What you should have:

• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments, often with incomplete or evolving requirements
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction, not just respond to briefs
• Proven ability to operate as a true end-to-end product designer, seamlessly transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution without loss of quality
• Confidency working across a variety of clients, sectors, and problem spaces, quickly building domain understanding and adapting approach to different levels of design maturity and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort operating within BAU and retained delivery models, balancing pace and quality while managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong experience working with complex, tokenised design systems, with a deep understanding of component architecture including variants, properties, and scalable design patterns
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and behaviour logic, ensuring consistent and high-quality experiences across devices and platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create scalable, well-structured design files that support collaboration, handover, and systemisation
• Experience working across multiple brands and visual identities, with the ability to adapt design approach while maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment to brand guidelines
• Ability to produce high-quality supporting design artefacts beyond core product UI, including prototypes, presentations, and visual assets (e.g. release notes, comms materials) to support stakeholder alignment, internal communication, and user research
• Expertise in translating user research and data into actionable insights, driving informed design decisions and building stakeholder confidence
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards, conversion principles, and user-centred design best practices

Senior UI Designer wanted to join our cross-functional creative team and be at the forefront of digital design, focusing on creating interfaces that enhance user experience and drive conversion.

The opportunity

This role is ideal for a strong individual, who is passionate about design. One who can think conceptually and lead the execution of online visual identity as well-being skilled in conversion-led design for transactional websites.

Senior UX Designer – We're seeking an experienced professional for our rapidly expanding CX team, to work alongside Leads in UX, UI and Service Design, Optimization and Consulting.

The opportunity

Reporting into the Lead UX, this is a role requiring someone with excellent ecommerce/online experience, and who has a portfolio to prove it.

As Senior UX Designer, you’ll be a key part of the team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the customers’ needs and our clients’ requirements are fully understood and met by the proposed solution. This is a practical role requiring someone with excellent technical ability who can lead and craft UX project deliverables across all phases of the design process, including running business requirements workshops, research and usability testing, and the creation of design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.

What you’ll get to do

• Designing and running product definition and UX requirements workshops
• Scoping and managing a variety of both qualitative and quantitative research
• Analysing research data to identify and generate meaningful insights and behavioural patterns
• Using design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas for new experiences, propositions, products and services, then help bring together the thinking around feasible, and viable solutions
• Creating design artefacts – e.g., personas, journey maps, storyboards, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, etc
