Are you a handy person who enjoys fixing and maintaining household items? Do you like to drive and are comfortable spending your days driving across various locations supporting maintenance needs? We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Runner. No day will be the same! You’ll jump from driving supplies to team members across our portfolio of homes, performing general maintenance upkeep and fixes to ultimately helping us keep our vacation homes ready for guests. Must be curious and enjoy troubleshooting!
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/15/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/15/26 As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
Compensation
- $22 - $23 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist the Operations team in the local market, preparing homes for guest check in and check out.
- Frequently travel between units delivering supplies to housekeepers, maintenance teams and others, aiding guests, and running errands.
- Expect the unexpected, no day is the same and it will be spent traveling, performing basic maintenance and tasks in our homes.
- Remove trash from homes.
- Order, maintain and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory.
- Complete a variety of maintenance tasks within a home such as appliance/ cable/ wifi troubleshooting, cleaning hot tubs, and replacing light bulbs.
- Meet and maintain company Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the homes you enter.
- Assist housekeeping as needed by completing cleans.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with local team members and regional leadership teams as needed.
- Provide cross-coverage for your team members when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!
Skills + Qualifications
- Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in maintenance or housekeeping role a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
- This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.

- Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

We’re looking for hard working individuals to professionally clean our vacation home properties and ensure our guests arrive to a welcoming environment that’s clean and fully stocked with everything they need for a memorable vacation.

Compensation
- Piece rate (ranging between $40 and $305 per unit; average of $112 per unit)
- $19 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.

Essential Job Functions
- Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
- Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
- Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
- Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.
- Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
- Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.
- Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!

Position Overview
- Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at the project site during office hours.
- Compensation Package–
- $140,000 to $180,000 / Year
- Bonus Incentives include: may include milestone bonuses.
- Other compensation may include vehicle allowance.
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
- Must have 7+ years of experience within the construction industry.
- 4+ years multifamily/hotel experience as a PM.
- At least 2 projects 150 units+ from start to finish is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling software required.
- Experience with Procore preferred.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
- Quantity take-offs and estimating all labor and materials, including material suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Procure the lowest competitive bids for all aspects of construction of the assigned projects.
- Contact all utilities, city, county, and other appropriate agencies to determine required fees and/or charges for the project.
- Work with scheduling department to establish the project schedule and update the project schedule weekly,
- Develop building by building tower schedules for the entire assigned project and update weekly.
- Supervise the Project Superintendents in scheduling sub-contractors and material deliveries to complete the project.
- Identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the organization of the job.
- Prioritize tasks to provide a smooth flow of progress throughout the project.
- Supervise the tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees and subcontractors.
- Make frequent visits to the project site, verifying that the site is organized and clean and that satisfactory progress is being made to meet the established schedule milestones.
- Direct with authority the Project Superintendents and being accountable for the entire project.
- Negotiate and write all sub-contracts.
- Implement material processing
- Track all costs incurred.
- Review all timesheets submitted by subordinates.
- Problem-solve with architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Write and sign all Purchase Orders, change orders, and back charges.
- Monitor sub-contractors' agreements and providing written notices if they are not meeting the terms of their commitments.
- Assure all procedures and workmanship meet AHBI standards.
- Verify that the required inspections are made by the appropriate governing authorities.
- Inspect and note deficiencies that need correction before a unit inspection by the owner.
- Make sure all requirements are met at close-out of the project, and that permanent occupants are obtained from the governing Building Department.
- Verify that the Project Superintendent(s) under his direct supervision regularly update the Total Project Schedule and the Individual Building Tower Schedules, ensuring that the onsite schedule documentation is kept current.
- Verify that the project has a complete inventory of tools on file and that the tools are being maintained.
- Enforce the Company Safety and Security Policy and Procedures on the project site at all times.
