We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join the Donor Portal (Donor Experience) team. The Donor Portal team owns the post-donation experience – everything that happens after a donor completes a donation. The team focuses on reducing churn and increasing subscription LTV by improving subscription management within the donor portal (pauses, amount changes, skipping charges, etc.), as well as enhancing donor communications via email.

We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our Product Analytics team for the New Products direction. The New Products direction is our “internal incubator,” responsible for the company’s future revenue. We don’t just improve existing products — we launch entirely new business verticals from scratch.
Currently, we have three key focus areas:
1. P2P (Peer-to-Peer): Building tools for mass fundraising events and marathons (a market with $8M+ ARR potential).
2. Tap-to-Pay & Kiosks: Enabling offline donations via smartphones and physical terminals.
3. Major Donors: Leveraging AI to identify and engage high-value donors.
At the moment, the team consists of one analyst who has already started working on the P2P product.

Why Box Needs You
This Engineering Business Operations Manager will be a key partner for the Engineering Business Operations and Strategy (EBOS) organization, responsible for providing operational support and expertise to Box Engineering teams across the Build organization. This role will have a focus on our EMEA teams. You will guide and prepare teams through planning and reporting processes - including Annual Planning, Quarterly Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and monthly Operational Reviews - and drive critical processes for tracking performance metrics and helping leadership measure and report on key goals. We are looking for someone who can help us scale in a way that supports our continued growth. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of EBOS.

Product Analytics at Box plays a key part in building increased understanding of our products, our customers, and our business so that we can help our teammates make better data-driven decisions. We work cross-functionally to develop and share insights, combining qualitative understanding and quantitative analysis. As the Product Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering data and insights that drive decision making for our business and product initiatives. You will need to be able to translate strong insights about user behavior and analysis techniques into actionable work for the team. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of functional experience with a proven track record driving meaningful product wins through insights & influence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will use analytics to answer questions about how our customers are using our product, with the goal of improving product adoption and customer retention.
You will guide the Product Leadership Team on setting company-wide goals that inform and support our long-term product strategy
You will own the roadmap and data integrity of our products reporting, identifying opportunities to build new dashboards and self-serve resources with the end goal of increasing data consumption and efficiency.
You will work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers to ensure we're delivering quality insights to the business.
WHO YOU ARE

You're a "data ninja". You enjoy digging into the details of data models to answer questions, and you enjoy finding ways to enable people to access data to drive decisions.
Your analytics skills are strong, including 1+ years of experience in an analytics role. You have significant experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Domo, etc.)
You've proven yourself as a trusted business partner. You've got excellent communication skills and can translate between technical and functional requirements. You have experience working with business stakeholders to clarify questions and prioritize asks.
You've got a strong education. You have a Bachelor's in an analytical field (statistics, computer science, etc.)
