About the role:
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end performance and management of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.
Responsibilities include - but not limited to:

1. Purchase Order Management
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with procurement and inventory planning teams.
- Monitor POs for accuracy, delivery timelines, and adherence to committed required dates (CRDs).
2. Inbound Shipment and Delivery Oversight- Create and manage inbound shipments aligned with POs.
- Monitor 3PL partners and coordinate inbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
- Track delivery performance and escalate any discrepancies.
3. Supplier Coordination and Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding PO updates, delays, or escalations.
- Proactively follow up with suppliers for expedited orders or production status updates.
- Address and resolve supply-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Quality and Inspection Support- Coordinate quality inspections upon delivery or prior to acceptance of goods.
- Report and assist in the resolution of any quality discrepancies found during inspections.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting- Generate supply chain performance reports including PO status, supplier lead times, and inbound delivery metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.
A successful team member will have:
- 1+ years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role, Supply Chain exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field
- 6+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus
- Advance proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
- Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high energy/pace environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel

The role involves supporting our Application, Infrastructure, and Data Delivery offerings for an exposure management platform and a mission-critical desktop trading application used by a growing global customer base of asset owners and fund managers.
About Rimes Managed Services
Rimes Managed Services is responsible for managing infrastructure, applications, and data delivery for each of our customers. Our managed services are as much about processes and implementing change as they are about investments and technology.
As part of Rimes Managed Services, you will join a growing team of technical specialists who support the application. You will undertake a variety of tasks to support existing client platforms and assist implementation teams with development work.
The role is both technical and client-facing, involving tasks such as technical root cause analysis, development work, and direct communication with our customers to address and resolve issues.
Areas of Responsibility
- Provide customers with key information in the monthly reporting cycle and analytical solutions.
- Offer application support to customers, including technical root cause analysis, bug fixes, and process enhancements.
- Manage Data Delivery SLAs for multiple customers.
- Escalate issues to the 2nd Line/3rd Line Support group.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs.
- Participate in application releases, including development, testing, and deployment into production.
- Support implementation teams with ongoing and new projects.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Aid in product release and UAT testing.
- Monitor and resolve Cloud Infrastructure issues.
- Communicate directly with external vendors and clients to escalate and resolve issues.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Useful Skills:
- Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud.
- Excel VBA.
- Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python and/or C# .NET).
- Understanding of advanced finance concepts such as Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, and Performance.
- Data Visualization.
Working Schedule:
The working schedule is from 9 PM to 6 AM PHT, Monday through Friday (flexible hybrid).
