We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a key role within the Operations, Governance, and Control team by gathering, analysing, and documenting data requirements to support the delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform across all business divisions, while assuming responsibility for existing data reporting and operational support activities. • Gather, analyse, and document data and reporting requirements across business divisions to support delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform.

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven and product-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX, including building dashboards, reporting solutions, and translating business insights into actionable data.

A 3Cloud Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for performing and/or leading testing activities for assigned clients. This includes standards testing tasks, maintaining traceability, defect management, test plan development and reporting. This senior quality engineer role is technical and client facing role. About The Role

The Quality Assurance Engineer will participate in the design, development, and support of our software development projects with a focus on software testing, defect management, and quality assurance. This will be the first ever QA Engineer at GoodTime and you will have the exciting job of building out the testing programs.

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
