Act as the primary point of contact for L3 and above support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to clients, translating complex problems into actionable solutions.
Identify and escalate high-priority or systemic issues to specialized internal teams, tracking them through to resolution.
Document all support interactions and technical workarounds to build and maintain a robust internal knowledge base.
Stay at the forefront of UEM trends and product updates; provide training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to advocate for client needs and improve the overall product experience.
5+ years of technical support experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Mandatory, deep-seated understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and its related technologies.
Proven track record in a Level 3 (L3) & above technical support capacity.
Direct exposure to IDP (Identity Provider) or XDR (Extended Detection and Response) platforms is highly preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
A proactive problem-solver who can work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant technical field.

About the role
The focus of this role is to bolster Auctane's global engineering and operations within the Information Security Group. This position reports directly to the CISO and entails the leadership of several security programs within the engineering and operations teams.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and developing the technology and processes governing cybersecurity practices to secure Auctane's global infrastructure. The role will specifically concentrate on securing the Enterprise and Cloud Infrastructures, alongside managing security operations responsibilities.This critical role requires a successful candidate to be a key contributor in establishing and evolving the technology and processes that define Auctane's global cybersecurity practices. The primary focus of this position is to secure the Enterprise and Cloud Infrastructures while also managing core security operations.
The Infosec group operates as part of the broader R&D Tech function, which utilizes modern architectural patterns and technologies, including AI, at scale and pace. This is a fully on-site position located in Manila, Philippines, with the primary shift scheduled between 10 pm to 7 am PHT, and flexibility to support other hours.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required.

So, what’s the role all about?
The Cyber Security Contract Analyst will work with the Trust Office and Legal team and is responsible for analyzing, correlating, documenting, and providing recommendations for customer and vendor service level agreements. Our cybersecurity team judiciously reviews each inbound (e.g. vendor services) and outbound (e.g. product services) contractual agreement to provision optimal and guaranteed customer success. This position will work closely with our Legal Office to quality control contract language and, support customer, partner, and vendor engagements to provide clarity, transparency, and recommendations to how our services provision cybersecurity controls.
Provides technical guidance and risk acceptance/denial parameters to Legal team and Vendor Management team to provision bilateral security gates amongst customers, partners, and vendors. Provide data analysis to support, compile, report, and communicate key security information for indirect and direct client engagements. Responsible for documenting and sustaining the company approved Security Profile, Standard Information Gathering (SIG) solution and, working with our current and future customers on accepting our industry adopted and accepted SIG.
This role is responsible for all facets of business contract analysis as it relates to cybersecurity; coordinating with our Legal, Customer Success, Technical Success, and Professional Services teams are instrumental to maintaining transparency and analyzing contractual service level agreements.

The Afterhours Engineer - NOC\SOC\Support is important in the Service Delivery division at CTS. Operating as the primary guardian of our clients' infrastructure during off-peak hours, this role combines Network Operations (NOC), Security Operations (SOC), and high-level VIP support.
Responsible for delivering impeccable maintenance, security monitoring, and "white-glove" support, this engineer must exhibit a sense of ownership over various systems. You will be responsible for triaging security alerts, executing incident response playbooks, and ensuring VIP requests are resolved immediately, ensuring our clients’ environments are stable and secure before the morning shift arrives.
This is an individual contributor - technical position.
The salary range for this role is $1600 - $2500/monthly
