Fresh Prints is the largest and fastest growing collegiate custom apparel company in the US. Our Brand team is tasked with reaching hundreds of thousands of students at 250+ universities.
As our Brand Manager, you’re the backbone of that Brand team. You'll own end-to-end execution for most of our major campaigns, including our on campus activations, branded events, brand awareness emails & SMSs, trunk shows, and recruitment pushes.
You work cross functionally, with our Creative, Performance, and Operations teams to make sure everything gets built, printed, scheduled, and deployed without falling through the cracks.
If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from a well run project — every stakeholder looped in at the right time, every asset in the right place, every send going out error-free — this role is for you.
At Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team. To recognize and celebrate that commitment, we offer a 2-month paid Sabbatical to eligible employees.

This is Crishel, the Creative Director at Fresh Prints.
I joined Fresh Prints right after college as an Artist. The job was intense. I was creating 16 designs from prompts… Every. Single. Day.
I could do it if you asked me to. But more than that, I wanted to understand how creativity could drive impact. I wanted to see how ideas moved beyond a design file and shaped how people experience a brand.
When I moved to the Growth Team, everything changed. It wasn’t just about making things look good anymore. It was about thinking like a marketer, contributing to strategy, and understanding how creative work connects to the business.
The turning point came when my manager, Jolijt, said: “Okay Crishel, you’re in charge.” After multiple attempts to find the right Creative Director, she decided to take a chance on me. That shift forced me to rethink everything. I had to unlearn habits as a graphic designer and start thinking about vision, systems, and people.
Today, creative work means more than aesthetics to me. It’s about how design serves the brand, how it makes people feel, and how it creates real value.
Now, we’re looking for creatives who want to do more than execute designs. People who want to think bigger, collaborate deeply, and help build how creative work scales at Fresh Prints.
If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
A lot of companies treat design like a service desk. Someone on the marketing team has a need, the designer executes it, and the output is fine — functional, forgettable, and utterly unremarkable. That's not us.
At Fresh Prints, the Creative team sets the standard for everything our brand touches. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who takes genuine pride in the craft, sweats the details nobody else notices, and cares deeply about what the work actually looks like in the world.
This isn't a role where you'll be handed fully-formed briefs and asked to color inside the lines. You'll work directly with our Creative Director and Art Director in a small, fast team where your taste and your output both matter.
This role is about:
Design Execution
Brand Consistency
Collaboration & Candor
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a talent pool. We will reach out to you if we find a suitable match to move forward in the recruitment process.

Together with our partners, we’re helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $125m in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team!
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel growth by designing and executing "campaign attacks" that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
In this role, you will be the primary engine of execution. We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
We’re looking for a passionate and purpose-driven Retail & B2B Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all design needs across our Retail and B2B channels, playing a key part in bringing the Who Gives A Crap brand to life in these spaces. This is an opportunity to directly impact how we show up in stores and with our business customers, using your design skills to help us make the world a better place. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this is a remote-first role.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:
You're an expert in your craft
You bring at least 4 years of design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing work in the Retail or B2B space. You’ve designed for experiential environments, crafting engaging, cohesive brand experiences that connect physical spaces with visual storytelling. You have a deep understanding of the creative process and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. You’re comfortable working across both print and digital, and move easily between the two.
You're an excellent communicator
You thrive on feedback and collaboration, and you're comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You can articulate your creative vision clearly and are skilled at presenting your work to a variety of stakeholders.
You're a strategic thinker
You can translate a creative brief into a practical, impactful design solution. You understand the business context and can adapt your design work to meet commercial objectives. You have experience working with external printers and production teams to ensure your designs are executed flawlessly.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.
We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).
Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.
If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.

The future of AI — whether in training or evaluation, classical ML or agentic workflows — starts with high-quality data.
At HumanSignal, we’re building the platform that powers the creation, curation, and evaluation of that data. From fine-tuning foundation models to validating agent behaviors in production, our tools are used by leading AI teams to ensure models are grounded in real-world signal, not noise.
Our open-source product, Label Studio, has become the de facto standard for labeling and evaluating data across modalities — from text and images to time series and agents-in-environments. With over 250,000 users and hundreds of millions of labeled samples, it’s the most widely adopted OSS solution for teams working on building AI systems.
Label Studio Enterprise builds on that traction with the security, collaboration, and scalability features needed to support mission-critical AI pipelines — powering everything from model training datasets to eval test sets to continuous feedback loops. We started before foundation models were mainstream, and we’re doubling down now that AI is eating the world. If you're excited to help leading AI teams build smarter, more accurate systems — we’d love to talk.
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time Contract (15+ hours per week for 2 weeks | 30 hour minimum commitment)
Duration: 2 weeks with potential for ongoing work
Compensation: $3.13 per delivered milestone of 120 tasks ($6.25/hour equivalent)
You'll evaluate and rate graphic design elements on standardized quality scales to train AI models that assess design effectiveness—contributing to cutting-edge technology that advances how AI understands and evaluates visual content quality.
You thrive on consistency and repetition - You find satisfaction in systematic work and can maintain quality standards while evaluating similar content repeatedly without losing focus or accuracy.
You have a calibrated design eye - You can quickly assess design quality against objective criteria and apply the same standards consistently across hundreds or thousands of examples.
You're objective and principled - You separate personal taste from professional assessment, basing ratings on established design principles rather than subjective preference.
You maintain sustained focus - You can work through high volumes of repetitive tasks while staying sharp and attentive to subtle quality differences.
You're a clear communicator - You flag confusing examples or rating criteria early, ask clarifying questions, and document edge cases clearly.
You're curious about technology - You're genuinely interested in how AI learns to evaluate design quality and see value in contributing to machine learning training data.
