As a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be the guardian of our platform's reliability and performance, ensuring millions of hospitality transactions flow seamlessly across the globe. You'll architect and implement scalable AWS cloud solutions that keep the most ambitious hotels running 24/7, while fostering a culture of automation, resilience, and continuous improvement across our engineering teams.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Design and implement reliable and scalable AWS architecture to meet the needs of the organization.
- Maintain and support highly loaded Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and infrastructure-related components.
- Support the CICD process with ArgoCD and GitOps.
- Automate the platform deployments with Terraform infrastructure-as-code.
- Develop and continuously improve product Observability and Monitoring systems based on the Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, and Cloudwatch.
- Respond and participate with Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis, ensuring minimal impact on services.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish monitoring best practices and ensure systems meet reliability targets.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
- Infrastructure support rotation providing guidance to other engineering teams.
What Sets You Up for Success:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE working within the AWS ecosystem.
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm charts.
- Experience with designing, building, and supporting CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and GitHub actions.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code methodologies with Terraform.
- Experience with Observability and Monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, and Cloudwatch.
- Experience with Incident Management, full-stack troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience with Web application systems such as Nginx, Ingress controllers, load balancing and Content Delivery Networks.
- Experience with Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora) and Middleware technologies (Redis, Memcached and SQS)
- Good networking skills with VPC, Security Groups and Network ACLs.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own time in a global team.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
- Advanced experience with Database Administration (Aurora, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working in a PCI-compliant environment.

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Latin America), you will help our Latin American hotel customers unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. You will work directly with clients and their accounting teams across the region to guide them through end-to-end accounting configuration — from chart of accounts mapping and tax setup to ERP integrations and country-specific e-invoicing compliance — ensuring every property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one. This is a customer-facing role requiring equal parts hospitality accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. If you thrive behind a spreadsheet but prefer not to engage with customers directly, this role is not the right fit.
We sit at the intersection of hospitality expertise and technical execution — solving real financial challenges that hotel operators face every day. We move fast, collaborate closely with Engineering, Support, and Sales, and take genuine pride in helping customers connect their financial backbone to Cloudbeds. - Guide Latin American hotel clients through full accounting onboarding including chart of accounts mapping, tax configuration, revenue recognition setup, reconciliation workflows, and country-specific e-invoicing compliance (Mexico SAT/CFDI, Colombia DIAN, Chile SII, and others)
- Translate each customer's unique business processes — night audits, folio management, accounts receivable, month-end close — into a properly configured Cloudbeds environment
- Support integrations between Cloudbeds and third-party accounting platforms and ERPs including QuickBooks, Xero, M3, NetSuite, and regional Latin American accounting systems
- Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, integration sync issues, and configuration questions with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Latin American hospitality accounting practices and regional fiscal compliance
- Contribute to onboarding documentation and best-practice resources for hospitality accounting workflows across Latin American markets
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and help shape the roadmap
What Sets You Up for Success
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry — required
- Proven experience configuring or supporting integrations between a hotel PMS and accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, M3, or comparable) — not theoretical; you have done this
- Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American country's fiscal and e-invoicing requirements with working familiarity across the broader region
- Strong customer-facing communication skills — you are comfortable and confident engaging directly with hotel clients and their accounting teams via phone and video daily
- Fluent in both Spanish and English — this is a firm requirement for this role; Portuguese is a strong additional plus
- Comfort navigating SaaS platforms and adopting new tools quickly with minimal hand-holding
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to trace data flows, identify mapping issues, and troubleshoot integration problems methodically
- Prior hands-on experience in hotel operations — front office, night audit, or revenue management
- Knowledge of fiscal compliance requirements across multiple Latin American countries beyond your home market
- Active personal use of AI tools or workflow automation — we are building a team that embraces technology and learns continuously
