As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POVs). Sales Engineers help qualify and close opportunities with customers and partners and have a voice with the product team to help prioritize features based on input from customers, competitors, and partners.

- Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision and strategy to customers

Votre rôle
Pour notre filiale PALO IT LABS basée à Paris et entièrement axée sur le développement de notre méthodologie Gen-e2, vous serez amené à utiliser des outils d’IA de pointe pour accélérer les cycles de développement et stimuler l’innovation.
En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous dirigerez des initiatives d'ingénierie à fort impact, pilotées par l’IA, de la phase de découverte à la livraison. Vous serez responsable de l’excellence technique, du développement des compétences de l’équipe et du succès client, en veillant à ce que chaque projet soit aligné avec le modèle Gen-e2 speed-to-impact.
En tant qu’AI augmented Tech Lead/Architect, vos missions principales seront :
Leadership technique & Architecture
- Définir les périmètres de services et les architectures de référence, en alignement avec les SLOs, les politiques de sécurité et les objectifs d’optimisation des coûts.
- Piloter l’ingénierie du contexte (fonctionnel et technique) au sein du référentiel produit, en garantissant transparence et qualité via des templates PR automatisés et le respect des normes documentaires.
- Réaliser des analyses de risques et menaces, en arbitrant entre performances, confidentialité, durabilité et sécurité.
- Concevoir et mettre en place des garde-fous dans les pipelines CI/CD (ex. anonymisation des données sensibles, vérification des licences, gates de conformité) pour garantir une qualité de niveau entreprise.
- Améliorer continuellement les indicateurs clés liés à l’efficacité énergétique, aux coûts cloud et à l’accessibilité des systèmes.
Engagement collaboratif
- Faciliter la collaboration avec les sponsors techniques et les équipes produit, en tant que référent d’expertise technique.
- Participer aux phases de pitch, proof-of-concept et développement de l’écosystème et des artefacts.
Coaching & Facilitation du changement
- Mentorer et guider les équipes de développement, favorisant une culture d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'organisation tout en garantissant le delivery du développement technique.
- Participer aux revues de code, en fournissant des retours constructifs et des suggestions d'amélioration.
- Rester informé(e) des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques, et évaluer leur impact potentiel sur les opérations commerciales et la performance de l’équipe.
Vous êtes au bon endroit si
- Vous êtes un(e) architecte logiciel et Tech Lead confirmé(e), reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à intégrer les méthodes IA-First dans des solutions techniques robustes et scalables.
- Vous avez au moins 6 ans d’expérience en architecture et développement logiciel (Java, .net, Python, React, Angular...) et IA, avec une appétence forte pour la technique et une capacité à être hands-on;
- Une forte expertise dans la conception et le scaling d’applications cloud-native ou d’architectures AI-First;
- Une maîtrise approfondie des processus CI/CD, des plateformes cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), des technologies de containerisation, et des pratiques DevSecOps;
- Une familiarité avec les approches UX-as-Code et la pensée design system;
- Une capacité à accompagner et mentorer des équipes diverses dans le développement et l’implémentation de solutions techniques;
- Un anglais fluide et d’excellentes capacités de communication auprès d’audiences techniques comme non techniques.
- Vous comprenez des principes de prompt engineering pour une interaction optimale des outils d’IA ;
- Vous avez une connaissance et curiosité élevées des technologies IA/ML, incluant OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face et le context engineering.
- Vous avez une pensée critique et analytique pour valider et vérifier le code et les solutions générés par l’IA ;

- Proficiency in data transformation and processing tools (e.g. PySpark, dbt).
- Experience designing scalable and robust data platforms.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, data vault).
- Experience with distributed data systems and Database optimization
- Comfortable working with NoSQL data stores and SQL Server.
- Experience in ETL processes and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow etc

Votre rôle
En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous mettrez en avant vos compétences en développement de logiciels, en architecture d'applications et en résolution de problèmes pour créer des prototypes rapides et des solutions prêtes pour la production. En tant qu'AI Full Stack Senior, votre mission est autant interne qu'externe. En externe, auprès des clients, vous êtes amené.e à :
- Écrire du code selon les bonnes pratiques et l'état d'esprit software craftsmanship, augmentés par l'IA
- Concevoir des architectures simples et évolutives, adaptées à des situations et demandes variées à l'aide d'approches basées sur l'IA
- Être force de proposition auprès de votre client et de vos co-équipiers pour découvrir, tester et adapter des outils et méthodes les plus adéquats au contexte de votre mission
- Tirer parti des outils d'IA pour dépanner et résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
- Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
- Drive accessibility efforts: integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or other relevant Windows accessibility frameworks), ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and usability for users with disabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.
- Take ownership of full lifecycle of features: conception → design → implementation → testing → release → maintenance. Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems — and propose robust architectural or design solutions.
Required:
- 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading or asynchronous programming (where relevant).
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring other engineers, conducting code reviews, and making architecture-level decisions.
- Strong communication skills; ability to articulate tradeoffs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consensus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Architect to set the technical direction and standards across three squads, bridging the gap between Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security to ensure our Azure-based services are scalable and reliable, while keeping the developer experience as high as we can. Our services must be easy to build, thoroughly tested, deployed confidently, fully observable so maintenance is not an issue. A key focus will be implementing robust API and event-driven designs that allow our services to seamlessly power our future product and new agentic AI tools.
The architect will champion best practices, mentor engineering teams, and oversee API management solutions that support the organization’s modernization and digital transformation priorities.
The second part of the Architect responsibility will be around the way we want to build agentic AI capabilities at Shift. In the long run, we will need to have a coherent way to develop, configure and maintain our agents or chatbots. The target will be a good balance between speed, flexibility and re-usability, security and budget management, to provide the most value in our products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will have a dual mission. On the one hand, you will handle more API-related architecture responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Set the overarching technical direction and standards across three distinct engineering squads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between Engineering, Data Science, and Infrastructure/Security teams.
- API Management: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our (internal and external) API management framework, including catalogue, gateway, etc.
- Platform Excellence: Ensure Azure-based services are scalable, reliable, and optimized for a high-quality developer experience.
- Operational Integrity: Oversee the creation of services that are easy to build, thoroughly tested, confidently deployed, and fully observable.
- Architectural Strategy: Implement robust API designs to support future product scaling.

On the other hand, you will play an active part on designing the way we want to build agentic AI capabilities at Shift, through:

- Azure: Deep expertise in Azure services (AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB).

En tant que Tech Lead CAPFI Technology, vous aurez deux missions :
- Le développement des applications full stack conteneurisé, des applications micro-services dans le respect des pratiques Craftsman (TDD, BDD, DDD)
- L' analyse de l' architecture pour l' évaluation des améliorations
- La conception et le développement d'applications .net
- L'intégration continue via des tests automatisés (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, ...) et le déploiement continu (Ansible, AWX, Octopus, GitLab, ...)
- La gestion des versions (Git, TFS)Le cahier de tests et la participation aux tests non couverts par des TU
Vous êtes le bon candidat si :
- Vous souhaitez vous challenger dans un environnement riche et exigeant,
