At Securiti, we are building the platform that allows enterprises to safely use data and AI while complying with global privacy and AI regulations. Our platform powers privacy and data governance programs for many of the world’s largest organizations.
As demand grows, we need a scalable way to translate global regulations into clear, usable, and market-facing content. We are looking for Marketing Legal Analysts to help power that engine.
This is an early-career role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of law, product, and marketing.
What You’ll Do

Who You Are
You are early in your legal career and want your work to actually be used, not buried in a folder. You enjoy research, but you also like simplifying things and making them useful. You are comfortable writing in a clear, structured, and practical way. You do not need deep experience. You need curiosity, discipline, and the ability to explain things simply.

About the Role:
The Sales Data Quality Analyst II (L4) is a pivotal member of the GTM Strategy and Sales Operations organization, dedicated to ensuring that Salesforce data remains accurate, comprehensive, and actionable across all sales motions. Serving as the primary subject-matter expert for sales data integrity, this role focuses on account and contact data, segmentation, and global hierarchy management (including the UK and Mexico). The Analyst II will design and maintain sophisticated data quality frameworks, conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL and Salesforce, and convert complex data challenges into clear business insights and remediation strategies that bolster pipeline health, territory planning, and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Data Quality Analyst II, the person in this role is expected to:
- Lead high-impact data quality investigations and diagnostics
- Proactively identify data issues and anomalies across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.Use SQL and Salesforce reporting to perform root-cause analysis and quantify business impact.
- Establish and maintain rigorous data quality standards
- Help define what “good” looks like for sales data (e.g., completeness, consistency, and accuracy thresholds).Contribute to and maintain data quality scorecards, rules, and documentation.
- Engineer and oversee proactive data monitoring frameworks
- Build, maintain, and iterate on automated checks and recurring reports that monitor data health (e.g., duplicate detection, missing key fields, invalid hierarchies).Surface prioritized issue lists and trends to GTM stakeholders.Support segmentation and enrichment initiativesPartner with regional teams (e.g., UK contact enrichment, Mexico account segmentation) to define data requirements and coverage goals.Validate enrichment inputs and outputs, ensuring they meet agreed standards before they are rolled out to sales teams.
- Architect account hierarchy and structural integrity
- Support the design and maintenance of parent–child account hierarchies in Salesforce.Ensure that account structures reflect real-world corporate relationships and support roll-up reporting and planning.Partner with Sales, RevOps, and GTM StrategyWork closely with business stakeholders to understand how data is used in daily workflows and executive reporting.Translate data quality findings into clear, actionable recommendations tied to sales outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience in sales data, analytics, or operations.
- Advanced SQL Proficiency: Expert ability to perform data validation, profiling, and reporting across large, complex datasets.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, custom GTM fields), including complex hierarchies and segmentation logic.
- AI & Automation Proficiency: Experience leveraging AI/ML and LLM-powered tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and data quality investigations while applying strong human judgment and validation.
- Data Enrichment: Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and rigorous quality checks for third-party data sources.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to perform structured root-cause analysis and bridge technical issues with tangible business impact.
- Strategic Prioritization: Proven comfort in prioritizing issues based on impact, effort, and evolving stakeholder needs.
- Executive Communication: Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly way to sales leadership.

What You'll Do
- AI-Driven Development: Lead by example in using AI tools (Claude Code, LLMs, automated agents) to accelerate the entire SDLC—from rapid prototyping to automated testing and documentation.

What You'll Need
- Experience: 6+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of shipping high-scale distributed systems.
- The AI-First Mindset: You have integrated AI tools into your daily workflow to increase velocity and code quality.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern backend languages (Go, Java, or Node.js) and a deep understanding of React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Distributed Systems: Advanced knowledge of REST/gRPC, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to own your infrastructure on AWS.

Role Overview:
Vectara is seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer with strong experience in modern DevOps practices and backend development. In this role, you’ll work on developing IaaC and Helm charts for deploying and managing the core infrastructure that powers our retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI platform, as well as design and development of features in the platform. The design and deployment of the platform requires high availability, scalability, and automation. You will be part of our oncall rotation for addressing customer tickets. The role also requires basic platform and application development skills.
You will work as an integral part of our Forward Deployed Engineering function, working with our Field Engineering team to assist with building and supporting everything from POCs to production applications used by millions of people. In doing this you will contribute to the delivery of customer satisfaction and sales outcomes for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in AI-assisted coding; able to do multiple tasks at once and manage AI agents to quickly execute.
- Drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting pipelines.
- Collaborate with Field Engineering teams to support PoCs, and Platform deployments in customer Cloud VPCs and on-prem.
- Deploy, scale, and optimize ML/NLP workloads, especially model inference.
- Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
- Contribute to architecture and infrastructure decisions as we scale our platform.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps culture across the team.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure backend services and platform components.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend systems and platform engineering.
- At least 2 years of devops experience.
- At least 2 years of development experience.
- Deep experience with all computing environments (GCP, AWS, Onprem, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, etc.).
- Experience working on ML platforms or supporting ML workloads in production.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Airflow).
- Proficiency in languages like Go, Python, or Java; experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
- Experience with providing technical support of custom-developed systems to customers.
