• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.
• Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards.
• Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution.
• Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics.
• Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to affect the timely execution of contracts.
• Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree
• Experience in a CRO/healthcare field
• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts and Site Budget negotiations, but no less than 5 years’ experience.
• Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor

• Bachelors in law, scientific fields, business administration or equivalent degree

Responsibilities:  

• Analyze client requirements and existing system configurations to calculate the financial components of client contracts
• Effectively manage the change order queue from initial request to final execution
• Manage the input of study specifications within budget calculators
• Analyze client requirements to calculate the financial components of client proposals

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials;
• Support the Services Delivery project team in: 
• Liaising with the client to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions;
• Designing the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda proposal and discussions with the client;
• Accurately and completely documenting all requirements and participating in internal and external specification review meetings;
• Assisting with client review meetings of IRT specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates;
• Managing project schedules and scope, tracking all internal and client tasks required to meet project milestones;

• Assisting with creating the UAT plan, developing test scripts, coordinating data setup, and providing client support for client UAT;
