Project Description

Project Description

The project focuses on deploying and managing a multi-tenant, namespace-isolated Kubernetes platform in a hosted AWS environment. You will design and implement secure, scalable tenant environments, automate deployments using GitOps, and ensure infrastructure reliability and compliance.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Mobile/Android) to take the lead in ensuring our global security products meet the highest bars of reliability. In this role, you won’t just run tests; you’ll architect and scale automation solutions for our VPN portfolio (HotspotShield, Betternet) and our flagship antivirus (UltraAV). We are agile, work quickly, and focus on outcomes. We trust our team to build the best solution to help us scale for the future.

Day to Day:

• Architect and evolve our Android automation framework (Espresso/Kakao-Cup) to support a growing portfolio of security products.
• Design sophisticated testing strategies for VPN-specific challenges, including network-dependent flows and testing under unstable or switching connection states.
• Work closely with developers and other QAs to troubleshoot and resolve issues, offering detailed bug reports.
• Uphold QA best practices and contribute to driving the QA strategy.
• Continuously explore new testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of experience in automating UI tests for Android apps written in Kotlin

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced System Network engineer who specializes in service provider solutions and complex Routing/MPLS Environment.

Responsibilities

• Learning and understanding complex service provider networking concepts.
• Design and maintain a lab topology based on various customers networking solutions.
• interact with customers to understand their exact topology environment.
• Understanding customers requirements and test them.
• Run testing scripts and monitor the result in lab environment.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• CCNP, CCIE certificate or equivalent knowledge.
• 5 years of experience in service provider IP/MPLS team or networking vendor that specialize in IP/MPLS.
• Deep knowledge and experience in Routing/MPLS protocol such ISIS or OSPF, BGP, LDP and L3VPN.
• Knowledge with services such SNMP, LACP, TACACS/RADIUS and QoS.
• Able to work in complex environment/tasks.
• Good communication skills, worldwide customer facing, good English.
• Self-learning and issue solving.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in Linux systems.
• Knowledge and experience in traffic engineering technologies such IGP-TE, RSVP, SR.
• Knowledge and experience in Multicast technologies such PIM SSM/ASM and MVPN.
• Knowledge with QA include HLD, LLD.
• Knowledge and experience with Jira.
• Experience with Testing Tools such IXIA or Spirent.
• Knowledge and experience with Automation scripts in Java, Python or BASH.
