Job Overview:
The Compliance Specialist supports Process Server contractors as a part of the Process Server Development team. This role reviews service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC’s guidelines and expectations. This role also investigates complaints and contested serves.
This position is remote but must be located in one of the following states: Montana, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida

About the Role

In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.
You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote

Financial planning is the foundation of Mercer Advisors. The Financial Planning Group is a centralized team of paraplanners that supports Wealth Management Teams nationwide by creating customized, comprehensive personal financial plans. This role is responsible for document analysis, data management, financial plan construction, ongoing maintenance, and implementation. Membership in the Financial Planning Group offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build strong technical expertise in preparation for a career in financial planning or as a future Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will prepare comprehensive financial planning modules using a variety of industry-leading software and proprietary tools. You will collaborate closely with in-house specialists in investments, tax, estate planning, and insurance solutions. Success in this position requires a genuine passion for financial planning, along with self-motivation, flexibility, strong attention to detail, a process-driven mindset, analytical skills, high follow-through, and excellent communication abilities. |

Job Description:
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure that they are extremely successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. It is your responsibility to drive adoption through the network of referring physicians. You will work with your accounts proactively to support, educate, and provide solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer- facing role with a primary focus on spending time with customers including Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and beyond. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office.

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $130,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Base pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. Additionally, employees receive stock option grants, enhancing long-term financial growth and investment in our company's success.
