The Team
You will join a fast-growing Neocloud infrastructure organization operating at the intersection of AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and hyperscale cloud services. Our data centers host large-scale GPU clusters purpose-built for AI training, inference, and accelerated workloads.
As global data center operations expand, this role offers significant career progression, direct involvement in new data center builds and expansions, and exposure to industry-leading GPU platforms. Your work will have a measurable impact on platform reliability, customer SLAs, and operational efficiency, while collaborating closely with experts in AI infrastructure design, cloud operations, and data center engineering.

The Role
We are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. You will manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. This role is focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations through people leadership, structured support processes, and hands-on technical oversight.
You will own day-to-day IT support operations, oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters, and ensure high service levels across hardware, network, and field support activities. You will act as a key escalation point, drive operational improvements, and align support execution with broader data center objectives.
Your responsibilities will include
Lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters and region IX colocations.
Ensure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure
Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, network, and operational incidents
Monitor and drive SLA, KPI, and incident resolution performance across IT support services
Oversee proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem management activities
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, vendors, and colocation partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements
Maintain and improve support processes, documentation, and team training materials
Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, relates to responsibility area, including RMAs
We Expect You to Have
3+ years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar critical infrastructure environment.
Strong hands-on background in diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues, including GPU-based systems, fiber networks.
Solid understanding of data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise networking principles.
Practical experience with IT service management processes (ITIL / ITSM).
Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, incidents, and escalations.
Analytical skills
Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Role Overview
As the Assistant Director of Oklahoma Hillels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Jewish life for students across multiple campuses throughout the state. Working within a dynamic, multi-campus system, you will help advance strategic initiatives, strengthen operations, and elevate student engagement while supporting a growing and diverse Jewish student population.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with independence and creativity while helping scale and deepen the impact of Oklahoma Hillels’ statewide reach. THE PROGRAM
The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is designed to transform practicing non-emergency veterinarians into exceptional, confident VEG ER doctors. This six-month deep dive into the action of emergency is a structured, immersive program like no other that allows participants to transition into full-time ER doctors at VEG after successful completion. Integrating academic and clinical teachings with individualized mentorship, this program fuels a passion for ER and creates a deeper meaning around life-saving veterinary heroics. If you’re hungry to learn how to do ER, perform surgeries, advance your endoscopy skills, learn about exotics, and discover the unique rewards of customer-focused care in an open concept hospital, we find a way to say yes to training you in our NERD program.

*Please also note: Relocation for the NERD program may be required. All New ER Doctor graduates are guaranteed a spot at VEG as an emergency doctor at a hospital location of our choosing upon successful completion of the program in the required time frame and passing all required program competencies and benchmarks. Training and post-placement will be discussed with your talent manager.
