We are seeking a Site Logistics Manager to play a pivotal role in setting up and overseeing inventory and logistics operations at our large-scale construction sites. This position is critical to establishing and maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material tracking, and leading a team that will support the success of a large-scale construction project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing warehouse teams and inventory valued at $35-40 million or more. This individual will be a key contributor to the job site's setup and the ongoing operational excellence we are striving for on all of our sites.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Logistics

• Organize and oversee warehouse activities, including material intake, distribution, Inventory levels, and laydown area setup.
• Organize and manage prefabricated materials delivered from pre-fab shop, store, and distribute as needed to the field. Manage the tracking and return of material carts that prefabricated material is packaged on.
• Maintain a structured and efficient storage system to ensure quick access to materials, prefab, and tools.
• Schedule and manage inbound and outbound deliveries to prevent bottlenecks and keep operations running smoothly.
• Implement best practices for material handling, storage, and protection to prevent damage and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Inventory & Material Management

• Track and manage construction materials, tools, and equipment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems to prevent loss, theft, and mismanagement.
• Work closely with procurement and project teams to anticipate material needs and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including requisitions, freight bills, shipment

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead a team of 6-10 warehouse/delivery staff.
• Set daily goals, schedules, and expectations for the warehouse crew.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support team development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and teamwork.

Coordination with Project Teams

• Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align warehouse operations with project timelines.
• Communicate real-time inventory updates and material availability to key stakeholders.
• Assist in planning material staging for different phases of the project.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of equipment, storage methods, and team adherence to safety protocols.

Technology & Process Improvement

• Utilize digital tools to streamline inventory tracking and logistics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within construction, logistics, or a related industry.

The Role 

The Leader in Training (LIT) is an adaptable and essential part of the RISE Dispensary leadership team that prioritizes delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. As part of the leadership team, you have a key role in actively supervising the dispensary’s daily operations, communicating priorities to team members, and optimizing the customer journey. As a Leader in Training, you will gain subject matter expertise as you rotate through critical dispensary functions supporting operations, experience, and people. Responsibilities 

Operations 

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.  
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of products and communicating inventory action items with management. 
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.

As a Leader in Training, you will gain subject matter expertise as you rotate through critical dispensary functions supporting operations, experience, and people. The Leader in Training role puts you on a fast track to growth and is a developmental step to becoming Assistant General Manager.  

Responsibilities 

Operations 

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.  
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of products and communicating inventory action items with management. 
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.  
• Actively participate in leading team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.  
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including accurately processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance, and oversee team member execution.  

Experience  

• Lead by example and motivate team members to consistently deliver memorable, positive in-store customer experiences.  
• Participate in “Leader On Duty” shifts to provide active supervision, team member recognition, and redirect behaviors to support the customer journey.  
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and provide oversite to deliver consistency across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.  
• Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver Loyalty goals.  
• Complete and appropriately delegate assigned tasks during scheduled shifts. Ensure adequate sales floor coverage and zoning during shifts.  

People 

• In partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, build and retain a high-performing team by participating in selecting the best talent and leading the onboarding and training of new team members.  
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members exceed performance and behavioral expectations. Partner with management to issue accountability.  
• Help facilitate the store’s team member badging process with local and state agencies.  
• Maintain and coordinate scheduling of team members' shifts, meal breaks, and rest periods.  
• Perform other duties as needed.  

Qualifications  

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.   
• Cannabis experience preferred 
• Inventory control experience preferred 
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs  
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.   
• Must be 21 years or older.  
• Must pass any and all required background checks.  
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.  
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb  
• Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.

As Lead Fleet Maintenance, you will ensure the performance, safety, and readiness of Vay’s teleoperated vehicles and systems in Las Vegas, overseeing maintenance across both hardware and software. You will lead a team of technicians while collaborating with engineering, operations, and international production teams to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. What you’ll be driving

Fleet Maintenance and Repairs:

• Coordinate and execute regular and extraordinary inspections, maintenance, and repairs for vehicles and Teledrive Stations to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Address diagnostic challenges for both hardware and software systems across the Vay fleet.
• Manage and oversee all vehicle bodyshop repair processes, ensuring quality and timely return of assets to the fleet.
• Coordinate all OEM servicing and maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet.

Operational Readiness:

• Partner with the Commercial Operations team to ensure all vehicles and Teledrive Stations are always in a “ready” state for testing, demonstrations, and commercial use.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate  team of repair technicians and support engineers, including on-demand contractors.
• Develop and monitor team efficiency and performance, ensuring all work aligns with Vay’s safety and quality standards.

Compliance and Process Optimization:

• Maintain adherence to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance workflows, efficiency, and resource utilization.

Workshop Management:

• Ensure the workshop is maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, tidiness, and cleanliness.

Reporting and Metrics:

• Prepare and present weekly KPI reports to GM Cities, highlighting fleet readiness, maintenance efficiency, and areas of improvement
