Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to elevate our brand, communications, and digital presence. This leader will serve as the company’s chief storyteller—an exceptional writer, skilled public relations professional, and visually minded communicator who can transform complex, technical work into clear and compelling narratives.
The Marketing Director will lead a major website redesign, manage the relationship with an external agency, and oversee the development of all written content and project portfolio materials. This role will also guide the organization through a firmwide brand refinement initiative by establishing updated standards, redesigning templates, enhancing internal documents, and building company-wide alignment through clear, consistent messaging.
The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of strategy and execution, creativity and analytics, and leadership and collaboration. This is a highly visible role for a marketing professional who is energized by shaping an evolving brand and translating organizational goals into impactful marketing outcomes.

Description:
The Manager, Corporate Communications & Publicity will play a key role in managing day-to-day communications and publicity initiatives in alignment with the broader communications strategy, exercising independent judgment in media engagement and messaging. This individual will be responsible for PR initiatives, media engagement, and high-profile moments, while ensuring alignment with the broader communications strategy.
This role is a trusted partner in bringing communications strategies to life and elevating the organization’s presence across sports, entertainment, and culture in Las Vegas.
