Hvem er du?

En Media Manager har ansvar for å utvikle og lede avanserte multikanal medieplaner i samarbeid med spesialister. Rollen kombinerer medieekspertise med rådgivning og kommersiell forståelse. En Media Manager er primærkontakt for kunden på mediefaglige spørsmål og kan påvirke helheten i kundens kommunikasjonsplan gjennom betalte medier. Media Manager samarbeider tett med Head of Media Planning, spesialister og kundeteam og koordinerer disse for å levere innovative og effektive medieløsninger.

Dine ansvarsområder:

• Utarbeide detaljerte multikanal medieplaner og utfordre brief, drive innovasjon og teknologiimplementering som gir målbar merverdi.
• Ansvar for å sikre kostnadseffektive medieplaner som maksimerer utnyttelsen av mediebudsjettet og optimaliserer ROI for kundens kampanjemål.
• Planlegge og gjennomføre direktekjøp (IO) i relevante kanaler, for eksempel Display, Native, OOH og Print.
• Koordinere effektivt med fagansvarlige og andre spesialister for å sikre kanaltilpasning og helhetlige løsninger.
• Delta i kundemøter og presentere medieplaner, resultater og anbefalinger.
• Bidra aktivt til kunnskapsdeling med andre fagressurser og teamet.

Dine kvalifikasjoner:

• Erfaring innenfor medieplanlegging for kunder, fra byrå eller relevant markedsmiljø.
• God forståelse og inngående kunnskap om mediemarkedet og kanaler, med evnen til å se helheten, identifisere strategiske muligheter og drive innovasjon på tvers av kanaler.
• Evne til å jobbe strukturert, nøyaktig og effektivt med flere prosjekter parallelt.
• Sterk analytisk tilnærming og evne til å omsette komplekse innsikter og data til konkrete anbefalinger, som forbedrer fremtidige leveranser og driver betydelig kundevekst.
• Gode samarbeidsevner og komfortabel i profesjonell kundedialog.

Mission Brief 

As a Launch Operations Technician, you will join our team on the beautiful arctic island of Andøya to perform test and launch campaigns of our Spectrum launch vehicle. For these campaigns you will closely work together with the local operations team, and support teams from our German headquarters. Besides the test and launch campaigns you will be carrying out improvement and maintenance activities for our launch site infrastructure, as well as preparatory work like creating procedures and processes to ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.

You will play a crucial role in creating reliable access to space from mainland Europe.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Keep the ground infrastructure and machinery (Pad, AIT, workshops, etc.) operational, ready to test and launch, and compliant with regulatory requirements by developing and executing maintenance plans
• Implement changes to and continuously improve our infrastructure and processes to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations
• Support test and launch campaigns of our Spectrum vehicle form preparing the pad for operation, over hands-on trouble shooting, to operating parts of the ground systems
• Manufacture custom mechanical parts or assemblies for usage in our facilities
• Take care of our workshops and equipment
• Join the industrial safety/first responder team

Qualification Checklist 

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical or technical position
• Excellent teamwork
• Knowledge of gas/fluid bolting techniques
• Spatial awareness and good technical understanding
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure and in a highly dynamic environment
• Foundational knowledge of computer and software applications
• Well organized mode of working
• Physical dexterity is required as working in confined spaces is necessary (including the ability to lift 25kg without assistance)
• Driver’s license class B (3.5t)
• Fluent in English (Norwegian and/or German are helpful)

Bonus Skills

• Any type of additional licenses (e.g. forklift, craning, trucks)
• Additional manufacturing skills (e.g. milling, lathing)
• Basic welding skills
• Experience working with hazardous materials or systems under pressure
• First aid/industrial safety training

Mission Brief 

As AIT Technician, you will join us on the arctic island of Andøya, and – as part of a small local AIT team – support onsite assembly, integration, test, and launch activities. Together with our dynamic multinational AIT and design teams based in Germany, and the local operations crew you will ensure flawless and timely delivery of flight hardware, and smooth conduction or test and launch campaigns.

• Shaping the launch site: Continuously improve the AIT infrastructure, and help develop it to compete with world class AIT facilities around the globe

• Machining Carbon Fiber Composites: Working with cutting-edge carbon fibre materials

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic specializing in production engineering, maintenance, engineering or comparable training in accordance with the requirements
• Several years of professional experience in the field of aviation and/or aerospace

• Good drawing skills, spatial awareness and good technical understanding
• Willingness for occasional assembly work at different locations
