Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent and ethically grounded professional to serve as a key link between our risk oversight framework and field operations. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and investigating cases of misconduct—among Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), reviewing their performance data, and ensuring alignment with internal control standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong presence in the field, critical thinking, and the ability to distill field observations into actionable risk insights.

We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist (Drivers Growth) to oversee supply and demand & to optimize and strategically propose innovation for our ride-hailing operations in Nigeria.

In this role, you will focus on finding new ways to attract and onboard drivers, clearly communicating the value of our platform to potential partners. You will analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then create and implement plans to keep drivers active and engaged. Monitoring performance will be key, allowing you to quickly spot issues and take action. You'll also review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency, while working closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager, where your work will have a direct impact on business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics.
