Job Purpose
The Lead, Inbound Sales is responsible for driving consistent revenue performance across the inbound sales team by coaching, managing, and developing a team of Inbound Sales agents. You will serve as the operational backbone of the inbound function, ensuring process adherence, maintaining pipeline health, hitting team targets, and creating a culture of continuous improvement. This role bridges frontline execution and sales leadership, combining hands-on deal involvement with day-to-day team management.

Role Overview
The Team Lead – Field Risk & Internal Control provides strategic and operational leadership over field-based risk monitoring activities related to the marketing network in the field. The role is responsible for supervising investigations into misconduct and double-dealing, ensuring consistent application of internal control standards, and translating field-level intelligence into actionable risk insights for management.
This role serves as the control owner for overseeing the field marketing team, ensuring investigations are risk-based, evidence-driven, and aligned with internal governance frameworks.

About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
Location: Remote – Open to candidates based in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or South Africa.
This is not a "manage the team and send a weekly report" role. We need someone who has been in the trenches — who knows what it feels like to be on the phones, who can coach a rep through a tough objection on a Tuesday afternoon, and who also knows how to read a conversion dashboard and make a call.
You'll be leading our inbound and outbound patient conversion team. That means owning performance, owning the pipeline, and building the playbooks that don't exist yet. If you need a polished process handed to you before you can start — this isn't the right fit.
❌Have only managed but haven't personally sold in years
❌Can't speak to specific numbers — conversion rates, pipeline value, lead sources
❌ Need a fully built system before you can perform
❌ Manage through motivation only — no metrics, no accountability conversations
❌ Prefer corporate pace, formal hierarchy, or long approval cycles
❌ Have only managed in-person teams and have never worked fully remote
Base salary + performance-based incentives
This is a full-time contractor role (40 hrs/week). No benefits or employment contract.
