The Role:

As a Store Manager, you are a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen. Reporting into the Multi Site Leader you will drive the growth and awareness of Mejuri in your store and market. You are the ultimate ambassador of the Mejuri brand; accountable for creating a highly productive store environment in which we exceed customer expectations, and create an engaging and inclusive environment where employees are motivated and supported to do their best. You reflect and celebrate milestones with your team and are focused on how to continue to grow & develop your team members focused on a high level of engagement. You will manage and provide oversight on all aspects of profit, customer, people, merchandising and operations in your store, partnering with various cross-functionals to exceed targets.

Customer:

• Revenue & Profitability: Responsible for the financial health and profitability of your store, driving revenue and exceeding targets.
• STACK: Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s customer service model.
• STACK Leadership: Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by driving own performance as well as the performance and engagement of the team
• Experiences: Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• KPIs: Revenue results, STACK segment success, NPS, CVR, OPH, SPH

Operations:

• Inventory: Partner with Operations teams to hold successful inventory & cycle counts on a monthly basis, ensuring teams have proper technology in place and troubleshooting guidance where needed.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the back of house flow to support in-store sales, phone sales or BOPIS, ensuring efficiency with packaging and order delivery standards.
• Storage & Organization: Maintain organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including display inventory and sellable inventory, packaging, and all supplies.
• Systems & Technology: Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology.
• Supplies: Maintain organizational integrity of our BOH up to and including store supplies such as display inventory, sellable inventory and packaging.
• Shrink: Accountable for mitigating internal, external and administrative loss of product.
• Escalations: Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks with urgency and partner as needed with cross functional teams to resolve.
• KPIs: Shrink, EBITDA,  IS Receiving Time (24 Hours), Time to Pack, Inventory Accuracy

Merchandising:

• Merchandising: Ensure Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality
• Assortment & Replenishment: Monitor assortment performance to create a productive sales environment and determine action steps to improve sell-through
• Campaigns: Oversee implementation and maintenance of all retail campaign signage and windows in your location.
• Fixtures & Maintenance: Validate the integrity of all display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items to manage costs and propel the brand, notifying appropriate teams when display tools are missing or damaged.
• Visual Standards: Coach and inform all store team members on updates or changes to Visual Merchandising standard practices.
• Escalations: Flag, identify and action any inefficiencies
• KPIs: Sku Representation, Flagship Visual Execution (Timeliness & Accuracy)

People:

• Planning: Ensure that we have the right people in the right positions at the right time and in the right quantities across your stores
• Hiring: Own the sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent to build the infrastructure necessary to sustain and grow your business
• Onboarding: Validate and participate in the successful integration of new talent to our store teams.
• Training: Validate that team members are completing required instructor-led, on the job and self study trainings.
• Scheduling: Ensure that store schedules are supported with high quality and accurate inputs and uphold the standards of responsible live-week management
• Assessing: Validate the regular and accurate assessment of our people against performance review criteria and KPIs.
• Engaging: Build healthy relationships with our people and establish a positive and engaging work environment.
• Employee Relations: Adhere to and validate our compliance practices and partner with People Operations to resolve escalations as they arise
• KPIs: Vacancy Rate, Employee Engagement, Turnover , Training Completion Compliance

The Studio Manager oversees all aspects of the Studio, leading a high-performing team and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every Studs customer. You’ll manage both the retail and piercing operations of the Studio, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering results through people — setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and cultivating an environment where customers and team members alike thrive. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of studio performance, from customer experience and compliance to scheduling and staffing, and you’ll be the primary point of accountability for the Studio’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Revenue

• Owns the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans
• Reviews and analyzes business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
• Delegates and oversees divisions of responsibility within the management team; follows up consistently to ensure execution
• Owns scheduling within labor allocations and ensures payroll accuracy through regular audits
• Maintains high operational standards, ensuring compliance with piercing procedures, health and safety protocols, and inventory control practices

Customer Experience

Leadership & Team Development

• Builds, develops, and leads a service-driven team including an Assistant Studio Manager, Studio Supervisors, Sales Associates, and Piercers, partnering closely with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices
• Coaches and provides ongoing feedback to team members, driving professional growth and accountability
• Creates a strong sense of belonging, collaboration, and trust across the Studio

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience (e.g., Store Manager, General Manager, Studio Manager) in a customer-facing environment; experience with jewelry, piercing, or retail services a plus
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees, including specialized skill roles
• Must work on-site five days per week at minimum (40 hours) and maintain open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (no overnights)
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required, excluding approved PTO
• Scheduled days off typically fall on Wednesdays and Thursdays but may vary based on business needs
• Schedules may vary and full-time roles are expected to prioritize Studs as the primary employment commitment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) and able to lift/move at least 20 lbs
• Able to handle chemicals safely and follow all relevant health and safety protocols

About the role:

Audio Visual Technicians II at The Lighthouse are skilled problem solvers who are passionate about content creation.  In this role you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for the setup, operation, and presentation of all AV elements found throughout The Lighthouse campus. This will include private events, large scale brand partnerships, and day to day upkeep of environmental AV elements as well. You will interact directly with members to troubleshoot technical complications and educate them on how to use the resources available in the studios and around campus. Successful candidates will also exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and an affection for helping others.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Maintain and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment in all production studios within The Lighthouse.
• Setup and breakdown of AV elements used to produce high quality private and large scale brand partnership events.
• Ensure technology systems are operational, minimizing downtime for members and staff.
• Lead the charge in cleaning and resetting studios between bookings, ensuring spaces are consistently tour ready, campus support to assist as needed.
• Support team leads by assisting in the training and onboarding of new hires and fellow team members.
• Resolve technical issues for members and their guests with a hospitality first approach, delivering a seamless experience.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A degree in a related field is a plus, but not required. 
• A minimum of 2 years experience in audio-visual technology, preferably in an event space, podcast, film/tv, or theater setting.
• Solid understanding, or willingness to learn, of audio systems, consoles, lighting systems, projectors, and related software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a creative environment.

• You execute monthly floorset directives that highlight new product launches and our Southern California, timeless yet modern roots. You may be asked to submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.
