As a Technical Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other functional and program teams to organize, direct, and lead the development and deployment activities of one of our novel systems. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to plan and lead technical development programs and deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer. Developing and deploying our ISR capabilities requires thorough understanding of mission requirements, thoughtful orchestration of internal technical teams, and meticulous planning in the face of ambiguity. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ownership: TPMs are owners; we’re looking for those who have a tendency to assume responsibility, a healthy dose of skepticism, and contribute to a culture of high performance. Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Work with technical leads to develop the right technical solution and then own the schedule and roadmap for success.
• Embed/Engage: Work closely with our customers to understand their specific mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape capabilities. Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when necessary; ask questions that clarify priorities. Anduril engineers rely on TPMs to understand the lay of the land and bring a perspective that informs the development process.
• Build/Orchestrate: Work with Anduril engineers to build the solution and/or pivot deployment as needed to meet client needs. The team is looking for a Firmware Engineer to lead the architecture, standardization, and development of new capabilities all the way from conceptualization to production. ABOUT THE JOB

The Imaging team is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to design a new product lines. In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary technical team to define, complete the design and analysis, build prototypes leading to ground and flight testing, and mature the prototypes into products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead FPGA architecture, standards, development and review processes
• FPGA Development: Designing, architecting, simulating, and integrating VHDL designs into FPGAs or Systems on Chip (SoC) for optimized performance, resource utilization, and power efficiency.

The Imaging Business Line, within Mission Systems Division, is responsible for tackling the most difficult problems involving computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data. The team develops state-of-the-art imaging systems across both hardware and software. Imaging products are deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies.

In 2025, Anduril acquired American Infrared Solutions (AIRS) - a designer and manufacturer of integrated dewar cooler assemblies - based in Hudson, NH. AIRS is now part of the Imaging Business Line, carrying forward the name “Anduril Infrared Solutions” to pay homage to the AIRS lineage. The Director, Anduril Infrared Solutions role will lead growth, strategy, and business development for AIRS commercial and defense component supplier business.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Director, Infrared Solutions you will report to the Head of Growth for the Imaging Business Line. You will work directly with the Head of Infrared Solutions to build the AIRS commercial and defense component supplier business in collaboration with other contributors across AIRS and Imaging BL. Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute growth strategy for AIRS and the broader Imaging BL. • Collaborate with AIRS leadership and other growth contributors to lead the expansion of the AIRS component supply portfolio across commercial and defense customers.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic, administrative, and relational partner to the Executive Director, who also functions as Hillel at Dartmouth’s rabbi and senior Jewish educator. What You’ll Do

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

• Manage a complex, dynamic calendar that balances donor meetings, teaching commitments, pastoral counseling sessions, student engagement, and organizational leadership.
