As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management of client relationships and help to lead the delivery of outstanding campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. Mentoring and training more junior team members on agency processes and overall campaign management. Participate and foster a culture of creative excellence and an innovative approach to problem solving.

The Performance Director provides day-to-day leadership to the activations team, agency client service teams and our clients at WPP Media New Zealand across Digital Planning, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social and Advertising Operations.

Experience with campaign management tools, audience segmentation, and data visualisation platforms
Proven ability to work with SaaS platforms and automation tools, such as Trade Desk Commerce Connector or similar technologies

Oversee and optimise the programmatic sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and Wrike.
Manage monthly financial processes, including DSP reporting (TTD, DV360), billing queries, and actualisation.

About the Role:

To support the Associate Investment Director and Client Service Teams to deliver gold standard implementation and trading practices.  To build trusted and influential relationships with clients, media, and agency partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Media Booking & Administration:

• Accurately input media booking entries into the Pegasus system within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Check proformas against media plans and supplier contracts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage invoice queries and ensure resolution within 5 days

• Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media owners.
