We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale Grow Therapy's iOS engineering team. You'll own the technical vision, people strategy, and execution for our mobile platform — building consumer-grade experiences that help millions of clients access mental healthcare, and thousands of providers manage thriving practices.
As a Senior Engineering Manager within our engineering leadership team, you'll build and develop a high-performance iOS team, drive the technical strategy for our mobile platform, and partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape what gets built. This role sits at the intersection of mobile craft, product thinking, and engineering leadership. You'll bring clarity to ambiguity, raise the bar for iOS quality, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
This is a rare opportunity to define the mobile experience for the future of mental healthcare — building the kind of polished, intuitive app that makes care accessible at a national scale.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with required in-office presence 3 days per week at our San Francisco, New York, or Seattle office. This role also includes travel 2–3 times per year for company and department offsites.

As a Senior Mobile Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing and building out our Android application from the ground up. The Foundations team is dedicated to making our app and website as performant and intuitive as possible. We want to reduce friction so readers can access critical news seamlessly, ensuring our digital products reflect the same level of excellence as our journalism. Over the next few years, you will lead the charge in elevating the quality of our core web and mobile experiences to ensure they are among the fastest and most reliable in the industry.
The Foundations team and the News Product mission work on editorially-grounded initiatives at the speed of the news cycle. We want a leader who is passionate about the news, technically fluent, and committed to building a digital experience where technical performance and intuitive design work together to empower our readers.
You will report to the VP of News Product and will manage a small team of product managers. You will partner closely with engineering and product leaders, the Developer Platforms mission, and peer teams within the News Product mission to shape strategy and deliver high-quality web and app experiences.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive a multi-quarter roadmap to ensure our web and app experiences are as performant and intuitive as possible, focusing on speed, reliability and ease of use.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data to define performance expectations and track progress
Scale and evolve foundational backend services, such as personalization and sitemaps, so they can be expanded into new product contexts
Manage the mobile app release process in collaboration with Engineering, ensuring a stable but flexible delivery cadence for our readers
Partner closely with the Developer Platforms mission and peer teams within the News Product mission to align on standards and ensure foundational improvements benefit the entire organization

Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of technical product management experience, including ownership of product strategy and roadmap for high-traffic consumer web or mobile products.

Experience leading complex, cross-functional work and align stakeholders across missions, including senior technical and newsroom leaders.

The iOS Platform team sets the technical direction for iOS at Reddit. Our customers are primarily other engineers. We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Designer (Visual + Systems) to join our Growth team. The Growth team focuses on driving adoption and engagement with Garner and oversees member acquisition, onboarding, and engagement as well as oversees our app architecture and design system. In this role, you’ll develop core experiences such as engaging onboarding flows, a notifications system, and strategize on how to best engage high value users. In addition, you’ll own the Design System at Garner and work across teams to facilitate its use and drive its continual evolution.

The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field service engineers, helping to ensure our client’s onsite visits are proactive and filled with valuable work. This role reports to the Service Delivery Deputy Director responsible for service center.
• Help lead and prioritize the support team's workload.
• Visit our client sites at least 3 times per week and ensure that our engineer’s work product is aligned with clients and CTS expectations.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and client contacts.
• Act as a resource to the rest of the team for rapid decisions and direction as well as help to coordinate escalations.
• Help identify areas where Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) don't exist or need further work. In addition, to help improve those processes.
• Regularly monitor the teams' overall performance and report on metrics to the CM’s, SA’s, and SDM’s. Participate in efforts to improve different level engineer group performance (e.g. manage dashboards, SLA’s, KPI’s. risks/issues).
• Be a liaison to clients where it relates to service delivery issues.
• Ensure that proactive work is being carried out by engineers in addition to the day-to-day service requests/incidents).

This is a full-time mainly onsite position in the New York Metro area with the ability to work remotely some days per week (dependent on client needs). The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000.

To equip you for this, you will go through an extensive onboarding that provides foundational understanding in at least one programming environment as you go deeper on Stripe’s API & product features.
