This role is responsible for leading frontline Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver consistent, high-quality Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) production aligned to pipeline creation targets. The role drives daily execution, coaching effectiveness, pipeline hygiene, and short-range forecast accuracy through hands-on leadership and disciplined inspection.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives accountable for SAL production, activity standards, and qualification quality within assigned segments or territories.
• Own team SAL attainment and short-range forecasting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment to defined pipeline creation targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching and skill development to SDRs, including call reviews, messaging refinement, objection handling, qualification standards, and effective opportunity handoff practices.
• Drive disciplined daily inspection of activity metrics, SAL quality, conversion indicators, and data integrity to ensure consistent execution and performance visibility.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene by ensuring leads are worked, dispositioned, documented, and routed accurately within customer relationship management and sales engagement systems.
• Enforce adherence to established qualification criteria, engagement cadences, and service-level expectations to ensure SAL readiness and downstream Sales acceptance.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to provide feedback on lead quality, routing effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and process improvements impacting funnel performance.
• Support workforce planning activities such as hiring participation, onboarding support, ramp management, and performance management to sustain productivity and coverage standards.
• Identify performance risks or gaps in SAL production and implement corrective actions through targeted coaching, activity adjustments, or process reinforcement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, data accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement within the Sales Development team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Typical experience: 8+ years in related role or experience including 2+ years in management.
• Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading Sales Development or comparable frontline pipeline-generation teams in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven ability to coach individual contributors to measurable productivity and qualification standards.
• Strong understanding of sales development metrics, including SAL attainment, conversion rates, activity productivity, and pipeline contribution.
• Experience managing shortrange forecasting

Job Purpose

As Hankook Tire’s brand awareness grows, it is an exciting time to join our sales team as a Territory Manager representing one of the fastest growing tire brands in America.  The Territory Manager strives to achieve assigned territory sales goals through partnerships with tire wholesalers, distributors and dealers. This position is responsible for all dealer & fleet sales, support, education, and marketing of all Truck & Bus tires in their assigned territories. Ensure territory achieves assigned Market Share goals as measured in each stat by USTMA data. The commerical territory manager is also responsible for being the "Regional Expert" on all TB matters as requested by Executive Management or Regional Director at the instruction of the Commercial Director.

Key Accountabilities

• Primarily responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with dealer and fleet customers in an assigned territory, and track sales activity after completion of each call
• Schedules planned in advance to ensure an agenda is set for each call and ensure any issues are identified for timely resolution
• Support customers through the sales and purchase process while handling the administration of - but not limited to: Pricing, Category Tire Orders (TB), Warranty Adjustments, Credits, Special Discount Requests, Product Testing, Product Training, Track sales toward AVB and GIB goals
• Required to plan and execute allocation of work time in the field with servicing commercial dealers, wholesale dealers, dealer sales personnel, and fleet accounts
• Plan, schedule and participate in special events, expositions, product training, trade shows, dealer or fleet meetings as agreed to by management
• Serve as a regional representative for all TB matters as assigned by management
• Prospect new commercial dealers in collaboration with other Territory Managers and Regional Directors
• Enter tire performance data for analysis by TB Marketing
• Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

• Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
• Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
